OCEANVIEW CONDO - 100 Yards from the Beach!


This 3-story end-unit condo is located just across a quiet street from the Atlantic Ocean, and is just minutes from the Village. With your own secluded beach, and being just three blocks from the famous King and Prince Resort, no one has a better location.

Unlike several hotel / motel like condos that have parking garages, elevators, and long public hallways to get to your room, this unit is a true end-unit condo, only attached on one side. Parking is a reserved space by the front door.

While we rent our property, it is also our home away from home. We hope you and your family will enjoy all of the features we have provided for ours.

The main Master bedroom is on the second floor and has a plush king-size bed and a full private bath. The 'Guest' bedroom has two single beds and a full bath. It is also on the second floor. Upstairs we have a bedroom suite that has a queen-size bed, full bath with large tiled shower, a sitting room with cable TV, and a deck that overlooks the ocean. The deck is perfect for reading during the day, and enjoying a glass of wine under the stars at night. Downstairs, the Living room has two sofas. While the kitchen is small, the appliances are new and we have had several Thanksgiving's there. We have prepared everything from turkey dinners to steamed crabs. The kitchen table is adjacent to the living room. All have access to the TV in case the big game is on during dinner time, or the kids want to watch cartoons during breakfast.

In total there are 3 TVs, each with cable. We have WiFi broadband cable internet access for the workaholics.

For those who have never been to St. Simons, it is the most peaceful beach destination there is. It is not commercialized, and very relaxing. Historic sites, village shopping, a lighthouse, fishing from our pier for fisherman and sight seers, and many restaurants are all within walking and/or biking distance. There are also several beautiful public and private golf courses on the island. For those who want to enjoy the ocean activities or intercoastal waterway, boating, charter fishing, and kayaking are all nearby.

If we are booked on the date you are looking for, try our Island Cottage VRBO# 24065 - it's a great place as well.

Even if you don't stay with us, you should come enjoy our Island as there is no other like it!

The beach is super close, and there were shops, restaurants, and bike rental within walking distance The steps were a bit hard for our old knees, and there were areas in need of repair., but you could see the beach from most windows and the yard in front was great for sitting.nice

We really had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was clean and the beach is a short walk away. There is a beach view from the top level that is very pretty. There are 3 bedrooms - the top level has 1 bed, the middle level has 2 bedrooms -1 bed in the master and 2 twins in the other bedroom. The couches on the first layer are comfortable as well. The communication was excellent with the host. Highly recommend.

Wonderful beach vacation

Our family of four (all adults) enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhome. The property was exactly as advertised, and it is in a perfect location within easy walking distance to the beach. The beach towels and chairs provided were much appreciated. For families with younger children, there are also some beach toys. The property is also within a reasonable walk or short drive to many terrific local restaurants. The property is very quiet and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We would love to come back to stay again someday.

Great location

The condo is great except for the steep stairs. One of us is 85 and the stairs were steep, but we had a great time staying there. Loved the balcony and the chairs that are on the balcony.

You can’t beat the location of the property. 2nd row, right across the street from the beach. Owners were very quick and responsive to messages and communicated easily prior to and during our stay. We had 2 adults and 5 teenagers and had plenty of space for everyone! Could use a little TLC, but nothing that would keep us from staying again!

 the ocean.

Check in very easy.. was sent keys by owner. Easy to find (was sent directions, but mapquest got me there correctly) rather spacious, except the kitchen. Quick walk across the road to the beach.. super hot when we were there, and beach didn’t seem too crowded. Dolphins, manta rays, sand dollars, crabs, and little fish all over. People fishing for sharks.. my son saw one get pulled in. Easy to get in touch with owner if needed. Would consider returning.. thank you
