Enjoy our studio unit located in Sapphire Village Condominium development! Our unit is smoke-free, pet-free, fully air conditioned, and offers breathtaking views of neighboring USVI and BVI.

You will have access to the pools on property, a BBQ, coin laundry located near management office, and steps away from Sapphire Beach. There is parking available directly in front of the unit.

You will certainly enjoy the restaurant on property under new management. On Sapphire Beach, there are opportunities to rent beach equipment and enjoy beach/water activities, at an additional cost. You'll also find Sapphire Beach Bar for both a delicious lunch/dinner and live entertainment. Our location is just the place to be if you want to have all of the necessary vacation amenities at your fingertips.

The amenities were fine. There was not enough room anywhere to put groceries. They could use more storage space, cupboards or an extra butcher block shelf.The sheets seemed old and really scratchy on our skin. Electricity was out in the evening and messaged the host to ask if there was a flashlight or any candles. She replied,”still out?” It was out for almost 3 hours. No flashlight or candles.

Cleanliness is what brought this rating down as well as wear and tear. Dirty water tumbler left with mold on shelf in kitchen. There are some things left for the next guest to use which is fine such as bug spray, sunscreen , however , the cleaning staff should make sure what’s left in the kitchen is clean. The porch had broken tile and screw/nail ready to be stepped on. The HVAC is roaring sound all the time. The spilt unit in the room had a constant noise. I couldn’t imagine staying more than one night here. The positives are location, views and clean pool area.

Condo was nice. Had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. Mary, the host was very helpful and accommodating regarding a delayed start (Venezuela). Sapphire Beach is beautiful, as is the rest of the island.

Good communication. Beach is a 6 minute walk, not bad but not as close as described. This is the first building at the top of the hill so a little rough for those not in shape. Room had everything you need from beach stuff to condiments. Great price to be close to sapphire beach!

Mary was a great help and answered all my questions very fast. The kitchen was well stocked and check in was very easy. Everything was there for beach, towels and chairs.i would recommend renting a car to explore the island. Sapphire beach is walkable but we drove down the hill because it’s a hike uphill back to the room. Definitely recommend Sapphire Village!! Thank you Mary!!

exactly as presented!

The unit was exactly as stated in the photos and description. Everything we required was provided and available. The unit was well-cooled, bed comfortable and very clean. We had stayed in the village previously and knew that it suited our needs. We could not ask for anything more in this stay and would be happy to return!

short stay at Sapphire Village

The inside of the property was pretty much as advertised, except the coffee maker had been changed out, there was no indication of the wifi and pw and the curtain rod was hanging down a bit bc the middle support had become detached. What was not indicated was that the property was on a very steep slope. Walking up to it was very difficult and even driving was a challenge.

Cute condo near an awesome beach

This is a cute condo near an awesome beach. The condo itself is a studio with everything you need. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. It's a bit of a hike down but we enjoyed our daily walks to the beach. Sapphire Beach is absolutely gorgeous, and is especially fun once the cruise ship crowd clears out in the evening. :) We had pizza on the beach for dinner two nights in a row and it was magical.

Best location on the island

We had a perfect stay at Mary’s place. The bed was super comfortable. We love staying in Sapphire Village for its proximity to the ferry and other charters, restaurants, and beaches. Would definitely recommend this stay. We’re excited for our next visit!
