This newly constructed 1BR/1BA apartment within a villa style residence, is nestled on the mountain side overlooking the picturesque harbor and town views. It offers beautiful detail and tasteful décor set in a modern Caribbean style.

The bedroom features an uber-comfortable King sized bed that is your haven at the end of a day filled with adventure. The walk-in closet has plenty of space for all your vacation attire, as well as a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The bathroom has a glass block shower and new vanity.

The open kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the utensils you may need to whip up a gourmet meal or heat up take-out. The dining room seats four, and the comfy living room is perfect for kicking back and watching the flat screen Dish satellite TV, or reading a good book. The large porch offers seating to enjoy the fresh air and views over a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or glass of wine in the evening.

You will fall in love with the location of Estate Mafolie! Not only is it centrally located, about ten minutes from the St Thomas Airport, but it is a very safe, private, gated community. As soon as you drive through the front gates, you will feel like you have entered your own private estate. Magen's Bay Beach is a 10 minute drive away and Downtown Charlotte Amalie is a 5 minute drive away. Walking distance to Sib's Restaurant and Bar, as well as Mafolie Hotel & Restaurant,so if you want to take a little stroll and get a bite to eat, you have the option to do so.

Free parking, Wi-Fi Internet and Dish Network Satellite TV are included. Optional add-ons are an air bed or playpen for additional fees.

The unit comfortably fits two, however an inflatable queen size air mattress is available upon request for an additional fee. Maid service is also available upon request for an additional fee. Rates are seasonal and may change prior to booking. Fees and taxes are not included.

Did not get the place in the pictures

The apartment I was put in was not the one in the photos. Apparently what I booked needed repairs, I didn't know of the change until I was there. And while the alternate unit was clean, I was not comfortable. Parking was a crap-shoot. There is a hotel next door that gets very busy. The hotel next door was the saving grace of the stay. Good restaurant an bar at the Mafolie Hotel. I can't say that the original place would have been better, I never saw it! Double/triple check with the host that you're getting the unit you're paying for. I let her know when I arrived for a two week stay and there was no suggestion that repairs in the original unit would be complete and I would transfer in the original.

Great place with great views, but not what we were expecting

The owner of this property has three individual properties that are all on top of each other in this one spot that they rent out at the same time. When I booked this place, I saw the original pictures of what I believe to be the top floor apartment. We ended up staying in the bottom floor apartment. There is nothing wrong with the apartment we stayed in, it was very cute and homey, but I would have appreciated some sort of heads up that we were not staying in the apartment we originally booked. When we first showed up, I was taken aback because it looked nothing like the pictures and I instantly got nervous, but our stay here ended up being great even with a different apartment than expected. My only complaint is that we were not advised ahead of time that we were staying in another property. Everything else was perfect! The location is wonderful, just above Charlotte Amalie and very close to some of our new favorite places (Mafolie Hotel Restaurant and Bar, Sib's Mountain Top Restaurant and Cafe). It's also only a 15 minute drive to the Tutu Mall and Shopping Center so if you want to cook for yourself, a grocery run is easy! It's a nice central location that allows you to get where you need to go easily and pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay near Charlotte Amalie. It's close but not too close, so you can get away easily if you want some quiet. Thanks for an awesome stay! We had a blast!

Villa Indigo Estate Mafolie

Ronita was very accomadating. The villa in nicely decorated with a nice tv and appliances. Very secure gated community across from the Catholic Church. Not much of a view with old construction debris scattered on the ground below. Patio could use a table and chairs, and the patio door needs adjusting. Some noise from upstairs once in awhile. No emergency lighting or candles for frequent power outages. The neighbors next door were very nice and offered help if needed. Not a bad place just not five star.

Where dreams come true!

If your looking for endless views in a great home away from home come home to Villa Indigo! Everything you could need in a home away from home in a gated secure villa....furnishings are top class and very tasteful. This home couldn't be in a better location. Everything is so centrally located and we didn't want to leave. Owners are very well connected and know about everything going on the island....We will only be staying at Villa Indigo anytime we come back.....Is there 6 stars that I could give?
