Southern luxury home

Beautiful, southern style, luxury home with a spacious open floor plan, is located just 4.2 miles from beaver stadium. Located on the west side of town in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. The home is located in a prime location, with almost no game day traffic. Luxury abounds in all six extra large bedrooms with plenty of space for all guests . Five of the bedrooms are upstairs and in the same location of the home which makes it convenient for large groups traveling together. The home has many luxurious areas in which are open for all guests to enjoy. The beautifully appointed custom kitchen with a massive quartz island is the perfect place to gather and relax. The favorite place seems to be the outdoor deck with a natural gas fire pit. In the gorgeous finished basement is a large bedroom and the game room of all game rooms. Custom pool table, Ping Pong table, Shuffle board table , Air hockey table and basketball game are among the many activities you can find yourself enjoying. The bathrooms are immaculate and well appointed. Steve and Cher would love to host you and your party for your next Penn State game or weekend getaway.

We had the best weekend enjoying this beautiful house! Multiple families with kids of all ages enjoyed hanging out and reconnecting here. It was the perfect place for our annual tailgating weekend. Loads of space and fun things to do for the kids while the adults could visit. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to stay longer! Thank you!!

Best place to stay at PSU!

This house is top-notch everything you need and more. We’ve rented a lot of houses. This is by far the best at Penn State. The owner is wonderful. They leave wonderful things for us. I couldn’t be happier five stars all the way.

PSU - UCLA weekend - AWESOME HOUSE!

By far, this house is the BEST HOUSE at Happy Valley! The host makes you feel so comfortable and at home and this house is simply beautiful! From having seven bedrooms to having the best firepit area - you feel right at home when you walk into the door. They have everything you can imagine (even an amazing downstairs with air hockey and a pool table) so talk about keeping your guests entertained - this house does the trick! I highly recommend this house if you have a large crowd of people. The kitchen alone in a main reason why we like to constantly book this place - everyone who comes over - instantly falls in love with the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Best Penn State Getaway

My friends and I came to stay at this amazing house for a long weekend event at the Bryce Jordan Center. The host Stephen is extremely responsive, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The house itself was extremely clean and organized! Location is great and close to PSU. The house has an amazing basement. The outside space was beautiful, big and unique with an incredible firepit. A good amount of time there was spent in the backyard. We had the best time and I would definitely stay here again!

Penn State game weekend

We had a great time at Stephen’s house - it had a little bit of everything. We were 5 dads, and some of our kids - from playing a big game of football in the backyard, to enjoying the awesome basement to just winding down outside around the massive fire pit. We would def love to come back and run it back, and the house is more that big enough to host a big group very comfortably.

Best Place to Stay at Penn State

This house is simply the BEST. It's a house super close to PSU and it has 6 bedrooms that are real bedrooms (if you use other VRBO's you know what I mean!!) It's charming, clean, modern, homey, all the amenities you need - and an amazing basement and backyard with the best gas firepit! We have stayed at many homes in the State College and this one was by far the BEST! It literally had EVERYTHING you needed and the kitchen was the prime spot where we all came together. Loved, Loved Loved this home. HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be coming back!!

Premier Penn State Getaway

For those looking for a premium place to stay with friends and family, this is the place. The pictures don't do it justice! This is a very spacious house that fit 12 of us easily. The kitchen and living area is very large allowing us to gather and easily enjoy meals together. The bedrooms were all spacious as well and the basement has plenty of space and activities. It's a quick drive to town. Steve is a gracious and fantastic host that I can't recommend highly enough. All 12 of us would gladly stay there again when we come back for another football weekend.

What an amazing home this is.

The home itself is incredible with all the amenities provided and such beautiful decor, but the thoughtfulness of the owners really stands out when renting this home. Steve and Cher were so generous with their use of their home (ex leaving paper products and goodies left in a welcome basket for us) they could not have been more accommodating with our diff schedules arriving. We will def book again, and look forward to more family memories w our children there nxt year. We recommend this place to anyone looking for top notch experience in renting. The sunset views were incredible too on a beautiful property for any of the four seasons. Thank you to them for sharing their beautiful home. We take away memories of much laughter shared there with each other, and celebrated a PSU win to top it off😊
