This is ONE OF THE ONLY TRUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT RESORTS in Steamboat!! Others say they are but its a walk to the lift. In this resort, you will literally walk out the door of the hotel in Skis and at the chair lift. Its a truly amazing experience and a wonderful property. There are complimentary shuttles into town (which will also pick you up). No better location at Steamboat

We spent 7 nights in Feb 2022 at this property. My wife and I have skied Steamboat in the past and came back with our 18-year old son. Everyone had a fantastic time. There is no better location for skiing in all of Steamboat. The gondola is 100 feet from the door. Bars, restaurants, ski rentals, ski check are all a short walk away. The villa is well appointed, very spacious, clean and beautiful. We really appreciated the roof-top hot tub and underground unlimited in/out parking. Overall perfect accommodations. Thanks to Mike for sharing this unit with us.

Large space for entire family, on top of ski lifts.

The only way you can get closer to the list is to pitch a tent overnight. this is a great location with every convenience for you. We look forward to returning.
