Step into Sunny Sanctuary, where the first thing to capture your senses will be the incredibly tall ceilings that infuse a sense of space and grandeur. As you walk through the front door, you're immediately embraced by the coziness of the living room, adorned with a sizable sectional, inviting you to unwind. The nearby large smart TV is perfectly positioned for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.



Flowing gracefully from the living room, you'll find yourself in the dining area, where memories await to be made over delightful meals. Adjacent is the expansive kitchen, which not only boasts modern appliances but also comes equipped with everything you'd need to whip up a grand feast. For your convenience, the main floor also houses a half bathroom, ensuring guests have easy access, and the in-unit washer and dryer make any laundry tasks a breeze.



Venture upstairs to discover the sleeping quarters. Bedroom 1 is a sanctuary in itself, featuring a luxurious king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a spacious walk-in closet, and a dedicated workspace for those moments when work calls. Bedroom 2 houses a sturdy and cozy queen-size bunk bed, perfect for both kids and adults, and it too boasts a dedicated bathroom ensuring privacy and convenience.



The loft space provides additional versatility. With its full-size pull-out sofa, it's ready for extra guests or can serve as a serene spot for relaxation, reading, or focused work, aided by the provided desk and chair.



Parking is straightforward, with space for one vehicle directly in front of the garage door and another space within the garage itself. And for the serenity of all guests, we kindly ask that quiet hours be observed from 9 PM to 10 AM.
