Great condo and location, very modern. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. There was a large amount of dust in the corners of the bathrooms. I don't know how the cleaners missed it! Overall, the communication was good and they let us have a later check out which was awesome.Cleanliness is my top priority so that's why its a 4 star rating.

Location was great for being near the ski resort activities. We especially liked the lower level room for gathering. The supplies were adequate and generous. We stayed in late July and the place was hot. It would have helped to have fans. The showers were funky and flooded easily. One frustration was lack of access to a pool. I called the office to find out where the pool was and was told La Casa had no access to a pool. However, posted on the refrigerator was an info sheet that said we had access to the Lodge pool. I had some disappointed grandkids.

We appreciated this being so close to the gondola. It's just a short walk across the street and down to the base. Communication was excellent and the ease of calling for a shuttle was definitely a plus!

Amazing Ski In Ski Out

Fantastic property; super convenient ski in/ ski out that brings you right into Steamboat Square! Ground level entrance and two community hot tubs right across from our door. Very clean facilities and had a lot of amenities that made us feel right at home. Loved the ability to utilize the shuttle for easy access to village and downtown steamboat, but a short/easy 10 minute walk to the Square. 10/10 would recommend, and look forward to renting again for our next visit!

Multi-generational ski trip

We were multi-generational party of six. Pros: The unit was clean and bright with a well-equipped kitchen, many games, and space to spread out. The hot tub is across a small street, bus stop right out front of the door, and ski slope is across the street and through one group of condo buildings - an easy walk. The beds were comfortable; the two smaller rooms are quite small, but adequate and comfortable for my young-adult children. The rental office was easy to reach and responded quickly. Cons: The temperature was hard to regulate with what appears to be floor heating and gas fireplaces in the two master bedrooms and the family room. As the renters after us posted, the satellite dish for the TV in the family room did not work, which was a disappointment since gathering together for a big football weekend was part of our vacation plan. The rental office did send a repairman out to the unit, but he was unable to fix it. I would recommend this unit as long as TV is not important to you.

Great Location

Property was located in a great spot. About a two minute drive to the base or a five minute walk. Home was in excellent shape. The interior was compact but had plenty of storage for two families of four to store all the ski clothes. The only negative was that the TV/Cable system was spotty and took a lot of effort to just watch tv. No big deal though. Would stay here again!

One major problem is the main TV in the family room didn’t work. We all wanted to sit around together and watch sports- big football weekend and we couldn’t. This was a major negative to our experience. It was never corrected during our stay.

loved the condo. Split MBs upstairs were great. Kitchen well stocked with up-to-date appliances. Downstairs great room was awesome as well. Only compliant would be the light from the street. Kept both couples awake. The blinds are very thin and do very little. Would recommend thicker blinds or blackout.

Guys ski trip

We had a group of mid-40’s guys for three days of skiing. The place provided a great layout and space for us to cook and hang out. The proximity of skiing was great along with nice hot tub and easy parking.
