This RV is equipped with an all- seasons insulation package- cool and comfortable in the summer, with brand new very nice Air Conditioning. Features a constant supply water heater you’ll never run out of hot water!Located next to my homes extended patio, the RV has its own private driveway and entrance for easy, secure access. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies.🍪 Additional amenities include high-speed internet and convenient self-check-in. 💯 throughly cleaned!PLEASE NOTE! We arrived late at night to find this is an RV on a residential property making it difficult to find as we were looking for an RV park not a house. While the neighborhood was quiet, there were some questionable people walking around, The interior had some cleanliness issues, including dead mosquitoes on the bunks. As we arrived very late, we didn’t want to notify the owner and wake them up. The layout is also quite small. My 6-foot-tall son could not fit in the bunks or on the sofa, requiring him to take the master bed while I used the couch. Overall this is okay for a 1 night stay.

Great location in regards to the University

it was very easy to find very easy parking. Clean and cozy exactly what we needed for 10 hours of rest. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious.

The rental was as described on the website. The camper was cozy and clean. Pam was very accommodating when I asked for an early check in. Would definitely rent again if ever in Stephenville again.

Wonderful property. Every detail is covered, from snacks to a variety of K-cups, even shaving cream. Good heater for a cold night and even an oil heater left on for us in advance. We parked right in front of the new trailer with delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting for us when we arrived. Wonderful host. Thank you!

Quaint Stay

The RV was great! Clean and had everything and more than we needed. The fresh cookies were yummy. The only surprise was pulling into the neighborhood, then the driveway. Neighbors were up starting car around 2:00 am and 4:00 am. They were not quiet at all. Plus side, it's come and go as we please, own driveway and no elevators! The fan provided drowned out most noise. Would stay again!

Quiet and comfortable!

My teenager and I stayed here and we absolutely loved it! The RV was very comfortable and it was in a very quiet neighborhood. The host, Pam, was very accommodating and really nice! She left some of the best cookies we ever had as a treat. The A/C was really cold and the August heat couldn’t get to us in there. I will 100% be staying here everytime I stay I. Stephenville!

Oasis of Peace

This rv stay, hosted by Pam, was the oasis of peace I needed. Im in town for a family member with declining health and staying at the RV gave me so much peace in a space. The RV is cute, clean and stocked with all the creature comforts you need. The area was quiet and felt safe. But, the number perk is the host, Pam. Such a kind host and even had homemade cookies waiting for me at check in and checked in with me personally when I arrived. Looking forward to staying in the cozy hideout again in the future.

The trailer was just too small and overloaded with Pillows and rugs. Bed wasnt actually a real queen size it was a rv queen. Which is smaller. We both are 6' it was too short.

We were here for grandchildren's band concerts. We did not want to disturb home routines on school nights and mornings. So, the two of us older adults enjoyed this small camper trailer. It was wonderful for our needs. The bedroom and bed are small. We both are not tall or large so bed was fine. Everthing else is small also but nicely appointed and clean. Pam is awesome as a host. She is friendly, helpful and perceptive about her customers's needs. We will stay again whenever we need a place to stay in Stephenville.

This was our 2nd time to stay at this property. The neighborhood is quiet, and the RV is very clean and well taken care of. Pam is always a great host! This visit we happen to have a lot of severe weather. She messaged me before our arrival to let us know that she cleared a spot under her carport for us.❤️ She is quick to respond and take care of anything that might be needed, and her cookies upon arrival are absolutely AMAZING. My husband was looking forward to those months before our second visit. This has become our "go to" spot when we come to town.
