The Water House-Sleeps 10-1 Mile to Boone Pickens

The space
The newly renovated house is in great condition with new appliances and furniture. The three bedroom, two bathroom house has a large backyard with a grill, outdoor furniture and mature trees. This house is perfect for an OSU sporting event, graduation, business travel or just a few nights away with friends. We have tried to maximize the space by providing two queen beds, a bunk bed, a twin bed with trundle, and a sofa sleeper. Allowing for 10 people to sleep comfortably in the house.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house. Including wifi, washer and dryer, full kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils, towels and linens, gas grill and TV with Directv Now and Netflix.

Interaction with guests
Other things to Note- The home is equipped with a Vivint Security System making entry into the home a breeze. A code will be provided to you the day you arrive. Simply enter the code into the key pad and viola, you are in!

The house had everything we needed for the entire week. There were a few things that came up at the beginning but the management took care of everything immediately. Best management by far! The grill was not working when we got there and they had us a new one by the next day! The backyard with the grill is the reason I picked this place and it was perfect.

The host had great, quick communication from start to finish. The price was excellent for the space provided. When we walked in, the place was super cute and perfectly OSU themed, which we loved. Completely enjoyed the stay. The check-in was a breeze and the location was close to all we wanted to do in Stillwater. The house was comfortable and was well-suited as a place for old friends to get to spend time together. We went to restaurants for most of our meals, but the kitchen was perfect for making breakfast both mornings and coffee throughout the day.

The property is in a great location for game day. A quick half mile walk to prime tailgating. A straight walk of less than a mile to Boone Pickens Stadium. The house was simple with a few cool touches to remind you that you’re in OSU Cowboy country. TV with access to multiple streaming platforms and WiFi as well. We had a great experience!

Bedlam Game Stay

Overall, our stay was good. In my opinion, the property could use a little freshening up. First impression (curb appeal) could be improved. Front storm door didn't really close, and yard could have been cleaned up. The house is smaller than anticipated. Yes, it could have slept many, but not sure how that many would have functioned. Small living room (1 couch, and two chairs) Most furniture was uncomfortable though the beds were good. Kitchen remodel was nice and was nice to have washer and dryer. Craftmanship of remodel work was not great. I was also disappointed - though I knew from previous reviews that there wasn't really a table except from small snack counter on wall. My wife and I were hoping to work from home but was really not conducive. Again, I should have recognized that. We ended up going to public spaces and library to work. Overall it met our needs and was very clean.

Weekend with family.

Property is just as described. Perfect for family or friends to enjoy a weekend in Stillwater. It’s a little to far to from OSU campus to walk there but Uber or Lyft are available and a cheep way to get around if you don’t wish to drive. We would stay here again.

Sorority Reunion Girls Weekend

What a great house and location for a girls weekends to celebrate our sorority reunion. It had every thing we needed and well appointed and we loved the touches of OSU around the house. Will definitely consider this property again when I go back to Stillwater.

Just what we needed

This rental is just what they say it is. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep; we didn't use kitchen but it had everything we would have needed. Space outside to sit and unwind. The living room is a bit small so I wouldn't want a lot of people to be hanging out all day but we were there visiting our son so that was not our plan for the weekend; so this place was perfect.
