Room was old with very old looking furniture, bed was saggy, cleaning was mediocre. Staff was not friendly or engaging at all. I won’t stay there again.

The room looked clean, but the only clean part of the room was the bathroom. There were dirty socks under the beds and fake lashes still stuck on one of the bed blankets. So disgusting! The staff wasn't as supportive. We asked for two complete sets of towels for two days and only received two bath towels, no washcloths or hand towels. We had to reuse the only two towels the room had. Should I mention the hotel didn't have any staff besides the front desk person? This is mind-blowing to me because it was Thanksgiving weekend.

The room was not guest ready, we had no towels. Had to ask several times for towels was finally given towels 10am the next day. The room smelled like a cat litter box. Furniture was broken and the room was moldy did not have good ventilation.

The hotel is old and the rooms are particularly clean. It’s on a very busy street so lots of noise.

I will never stay here again unfortunately. The first room we were in had stained mattresses and the sheets were covered in hair. They don’t give you enough towels and things we’re unclean like the blinds and walls. The shower broke so we moved to a “suite”. It was supposed to be an upgrade but wasn’t any different than the first room. The breakfast was all microwaved or pre frozen. I’d probably just spend the extra 30-40 bucks to stay somewhere that isn’t falling apart, unclear, and doesn’t live up to other hotels in the chain.

The matress should have been replace years ago, completely worn out. Lots of noise from kids running around late at night. No way this is a 3 stat hotel, barely a 2.
