Location Stralsund, district Knieper Nord. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment is located in an old terraced house with 3 apartments. The holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor/attic. The house is about a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property and in the locality (1000 m).

In the harbour, about 1000 m, is the Ozeaneum, in the old town is the Maritime Museum and many other attractions such as churches, beautifully restored old streets and alleys.

The island of Usedom and its imperial spas, as well as the beautiful town of SwinoujĆcie (PL), are about 100 km away.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super. Hell, sauber, ordentlich, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. FĂŒr Kinder ist das separate Zimmer mit Leiteraufstieg ein toller Erlebnis.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Der Hof darf durch Mieter genutzt werden. In der Wohnung ist an alles gedacht. BettwĂ€sche, HandtĂŒcher, SpĂŒlmittel, Abwaschlappen, Toilettenpapier, Seife.
Auspacken und wohlfĂŒhlen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht weit weg vom Wasser oder vom Stadtkern. Alles fuĂlĂ€ufig erreichbar.
Auch SupermÀrkte sind ohne Auto gut erreichbar.
Stralsund ist eine schöne Stadt, mit viel GrĂŒn und weitlĂ€ufigen Spazierwegen. Der Altstadtkern ist sehenswert. Es gibt viel zu entdecken.
Wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder.
Es gibt eigentlich nix zu bemĂ€ngeln. Die Fotos sind zwar nicht mehr ganz aktuell und (Garten/ Möbel) und in der KĂŒche fehlte spĂŒrbar der Ofen und eine SpĂŒlmaschine. Aber was vorher nicht angeboten wird, muss man eben hinnehmen.
Alles in allem ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der interssiert ist, dass man sich wohl fĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung hat einen hohen Standard (Sauberkeit/Ausstattung).
