This is a unit that is located in East Knoxville about 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville and about 20-25minutes to the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. It is a single family home that has three bedrooms, one full bathrooms, and a full kitchen to cook in during your stay plus a sun room with additional space to spread out. It does have a guest house on property so this is more perfect for a quiet family than someone who anticipates making lots of noise during their stay. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund and a penalty of $200 for the violation.
STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY No parties or events/gatherings. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.
No Smoking Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the house, a fine of $100 will be imposed, no exceptions.
Pets Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, max of 2 pets. We have pet fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand, otherwise there will be a fine of $100/pet if discovered, no exceptions.

They mustâve double booked and not made us aware. After driving through a snowstorm and arriving at 2:30 am, we were met with a locked door and eventually, people peeking out behind the blinds staring at us. This was the worst experience Iâve ever had. Host gave us code to home and then proceeded to ignore our messages when unable to enter property.
An item was left at the property, but the host did not respond to our calls or texts. We had to contact VRBO to receive any kind of response. We reached out in time to retrieve the lost item; however, due to inconsistent communication, the item left at the property was missing. Now, the host is not taking any accountability for this issue.
