Cosy old derelict farm just 2 hours drive from Copenhagen, with room for 11 people. Ødegården is approximately 250 sqm and is situated on a 10 000 sqm plot. Situated remote as last house on closed gravel road and about 200 meters to the nearest neighbor.

The house is furnished with 4 bedrooms (all with double beds and one with bunk beds), large kitchen / dining area, 2 living rooms, bathroom and toilet. There are wood burning both on the first floor and in the kitchen / family room. Direct access from the living room to the delicious veranda and terrace.

In the house are blue. a. dishwasher, washer, dryer, TV with Viasat, internet, DVD player, microwave, fridge / freezer, billiards, table tennis and darts. Lovely and authentisch old Swedish farmhouse
We really enjoyed to be at this place for ten days during our summerholidays. The property offers many activities like having a campfire, barbecue and doing sports. Ist’s a great spot for hiking and exploring nature.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Grundstück in ruhiger Lage
Sehr schönes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Es ist gut ausgestattet, lediglich Kleiderschränke fehlen in allen Räumen. Das Gelände liegt sehr abgelegen, dafür hat man seine Ruhe. Beanstandungen, die bei Ankunft dem Vermieter mitgeteilt wurden, wurden sofort und mit viel Engagement behoben. Sehr netter Kontakt und große Hilfsbereitschaft.

Schwedenfeeling auf liebenswertem, restauriertem Hof
Wir hatten mit vier Erwachsenen und sieben Kindern (von 12 bis 1) eine tolle Woche auf diesem wunderschönen, restaurierten Hof mitten im småländischen Wald. Für Große und Kleine bietet diese Unterkunft Entspannung mitten in der Natur! Die Großen liebten vor allem die Ruhe und Einfachheit, die Kleinen die Spielscheune und die Freiheit auf den Wiesen rund um das Haus! Das Haus ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir besuchten z.B. die Elchsafari in Markaryd und den Skånes Djurpark. Auch die Trips in den Wald rund ums Haus sowie zum Danska Wasserfall waren toll!

Einfach Erholung
Wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter. Das Haus ist ein schwedischer Traum. Abgelegen und sehr schön gelegen. Hier kann man sich in der absoluten Stille sehr gut erholen. In nächster Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten für herrliche Wanderungen. Nach Halmstadt, an den wundervollen Strand ca. 45 Minuten. Malmö ist ebenfalls ein tolles Ausflugsziel. Wir, zwischen 22 und 60 Jahren jung, hatten eine tolle Zeit. Sofort wieder.

Einfach nur wunderschön
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem typisch schwedischen Haus, inmitten von purer Natur. Sogar das Reh kam zum Frühstück vorbei. Die Unterkunft wurde liebevoll hergerichtet und bot uns einen urigen Schwedenurlaub. Danke und gern wieder.

Objekt perfekt für große Familie oder mehrere Freunde. Haben im Haus alles vorgefunden. Leider hatte die Familie vor uns die Spielscheune und den Grill ungesäuert hinterlassen, so dass wir erst einmal saubermachen mussten. Ansonsten ist das Grundstück perfekt für Mensch und Hund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Påske 2022
Velfungerende rummelig bolig som var lidt kold første døgn. Mange muligheder for fritidsaktiviteter. Ved bookningen manglede oplysning om man selv skulle klare slutrengøring eller om man kunne betale sig fra det. Lidt oplysninger om nærmeste fiskesø og bådudlejning ville også have været påskønnet. Værten nem at kontakte og serviceminded.

Alles in allem war es gut !
Außer den Betten die in einem wirklich sehr unkomfortablen Zustand waren und alle nach kürzester Zeit Rückenschmerzen hatten war der sonstige Wohnbereich gemütlich! Wir hatten in der Küche wirklich alles an Geräten und Geschirr die wir brauchten! Die Lage des Hauses ist auch sehr schön und man kann auch wirklich sehr viel unternehmen! Wir haben tolle Ausflüge gemacht.

Toller Familieurlaub
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist wirklich traumhaft in den schwedischen Wäldern in der Nähe von mehreren Seen gelegen. Auf dem Grundstück fanden die Kinder viel Gelegenheit, sich auf der Wiese oder in der Spielscheune auszutoben. Auch für Ausflüge ist die Lage ideal, man ist schnell in Nationalparks oder an der Westküste. Wer absolute Stille erleben und dennoch Südwestschweden erkunden möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Auch im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.
