Offroad motorcycle trip

This was the perfect gateway to the black hills trails, great propery and the garage was perfect for the bikes. The owner was a wonderful host.

House is in a nice neighborhoods, near all for Sturgis. Good place to get to after a full day of activities and relax, enjoy a meal and sit in back deck and star gaze. Clean house and garage fits 4 motorcycles we had 2. Good start point to all the great rides in the Black Hills.

Sturgis Rally

This was our 2nd time staying at Alan’s home for the rally. The location to downtown could not be more perfect, just a short 5min drive. The house is on the smaller size so it’s nice for small groups. It’s also nice to have access to the garage, in order to keep the bikes dry during rain storms.

Beauty and Comfort

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for guests to cook in just about any manner they choose. The layout was large enough for everyone to have space, but also allowed for cozy meals or movie time. The patio was peaceful and quiet and the beds were comfortable. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to others!

Sturgis 2023

Alan was a fantastic host and easy to communicate with. The home is in a perfect location with easy access to downtown Sturgis (5min) and a quick ride to all Sturgis has to offer. There are 2 rooms and a full bathroom on the upper level and 2 rooms with a full bath on the lower level. Easily accommodated 4adults and 10month old baby. Garage access was also great to have considering it rained during our stay. Would highly recommend this property for your Black Hills/Sturgis adventure!

Home away from home

You have everything to make you feel like your right at home. When we walked in the front door it was just amazing. It was so cozy and welcoming. For the stuff we were doing, it was definitely the perfect place. Beautiful back yard, my grandson loved playing back there, he really liked waking up to the deer. Nice size driveway, we had a 12 passenger vehicle and we had plenty of room for the vehicle and my grandson to ride his bike. The house is fully stocked, you will find everything you need to make a meal, we had the use of a grill, it was so nice. My whole family were truly comfortable and enjoyed the house. We would definitely rent the house again if we ever make it back to South Dakota.

Good for a weekend stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We did a lot of sight seeing and the location of the house was in a good place for that. Great interior, and very clean. We saw numerous deer walking through the backyard area.

Lovely home

5 of us came from the east coast for our first Sturgis Rally. 2 couples and a single friend. This home could not have fit our needs more!! The lay out was wonderful for our group, location was perfect, the garage was large enough to keep all 3 bikes and the home was very clean. Communication was easy and very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Thank you for an amazing experience!!

Alan was great to work with and the house was great! We were there to ride trails which were close by to jump on. The extra rock area next to the garage worked great to park our trailer. We will be back and stay again!!!

Great stay in very nice updated home.

Had an excellent stay. The host was very accommodating if there was any issue and quick to solve any complaint. If you want to be 10 min from some of the national parks then this may not be the best place for you. Takes about an hour to get south or east to those. But if you don't mind the drive and want a quieter area to spend with family when you get done with all the sight seeing, then this is perfect! We even were given the ok to light off some fireworks for the kids which is something you dont get at a hotel.
