The hotel reception was a nice lady Shirley,the room has been quite recently decorated and we had a comfortable stay,just a couple of things ...needs a toilet roll holder and the plug sockets behind the sofa and bed were hard to get to

Pleasant stay in convenient location
Pleasant accomodation in a very convenient location to walk in to Sudbury which is a thriving town with nice restaurants. Helpful staff. No cooked breakfast but staff kindly ensured gluten free products were available for continental breakfast for coeliac. Comfortable bed, tea & coffee making facilities, spacious room (superior room).

Cheap and good location
I arrived late unaware that checkin closed at 10pm and nearly missed it. The reception chap was friendly and professional, car park a little cramped but walking distance to Sudbury and the surrounding areas are close by.
