Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Conveniently located in downtown Sullivan, 4 minutes from US-41, 4 minutes from Lake Sullivan, and within a short walking distance to many great local restaurants. Also, centrally located from the many Fish and Wildlife/Recreation areas nearby. Great location for those who enjoy boating, fishing, hunting, off-roading, bird watching, or small-town shopping. Boat and trailer parking available.

We have all of the essentials of home. Full renovation finished Nov. 2023. Water softener and brand new bathroom with large shower. Make yourself at home with our stocked kitchen with pots & pans, plates, bowls, silverware, paper plates, cups, wine glasses, beer mugs, cooking utensils, etc. Enjoy your morning coffee with our Keurig with k-cups, creamer, and sweetener. Complementary bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes, Q-tips, etc. Washer and dryer with complimentary detergent and softener. Relax with one of our cozy throws while watching TV in the living room and bedroom with local channels and access to streaming Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. High-speed WiFi provided, along with a central work space for those who need to work during their travels. Enjoy the grill and patio table at the rear of the property for meals. Don’t feel like cooking? Don’t worry, Dairy Queen, China Wok, and Joe’s Pizza are steps away!

This is a great place to stay if you go to Sullivan, IN. It is impeccably clean, decorated so cute and the owner leaves little snacks to welcome you. We enjoyed this house, the downside is its location. It sits on the street, no yard. It says you can park in the carport behind the building, but it was full of furniture and so we parked on the street. There is a stop sign out front for a 4-way stop, so there are several cars coming and stopping and starting. The other downside is the uncertainty of restaurant hours in this town. We went to a couple that were closed, and Sunday most places were closed, and the most available restaurants are fast food places. BUT there is the cozy small town feel and this building was warm and inviting after a day of being outdoors in the beautiful areas for hiking and bird-watching, and we got to visit relativesI. If small towns are your thing, you will love his place.

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house was clean and well organized. The furniture was nice and comfortable including the bed. We had plenty of towls and pillows. My favorite thing was the shower. We had plenty of hot water and i could even wash my hair without issue. We will definitely be back as we have started traveling to this area frequently.

I was traveling in the area to visit family and needed someplace for two nights. The location was perfect. This property combines an interesting historical past (general store built in 1840) and an efficient, comfortable, well thought out home away from home. I recommend it without hesitation!
