No bacon on breakfast bar, very sad since I love Bacon. Parking can be atrocious at night if you're not there by 6pm or so since highway workers stay there. But love this place and will be staying here every 3 weeks for 2 months. I always feel safe here.

Stay was great overall. Only issues were breakfast was pretty much gone 15 minutes before it was to close. Biggest complaint is the day we were checking out, we went for breakfast at 8:00am and went back to our room and our keys had already become inactive. Check out is 11:00. Keys should work until that time or when desk is notified of our check out. This is very frustrating when that happens!

Clean rooms but was woke up at 630 am with two rings from room phone (had to be front desk), did not answer it. Then around 8am knocking loud on door saying house keeping even though had door hanger on knob saying no service. We are late sleepers so we cancelled our two night stay and went elsewhere the next nite. It’s the little things that matter. So 4 stars

When I checked in, I was immediately met with warmth and hospitality. The front desk personnel were amazing, and they even upgraded my room. It is hard to come by great customer service these days, so it was refreshing when I experienced that upon arrival. Also, my hotel room was very clean and the breakfast was decent. I highly recommend!
