Pet friendly (outside only) - this property requires a $200 dog bond, on approval which is returned once the property has been checked for poop/digging/scratches/damage etc. Close to all the attractions of Phillip Island. Bedroom 1 - Queen Size bed, Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds plus a trundle 2 bathroom, 2 toilets newly renovated
LINEN NOT SUPPLIED Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival. GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately. The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival â No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Great place to stay. Quiet location. Nice walk to the beach and easy drive to Smiths for the day. Well appointed. Nice East facing deck so not too hot in the afternoon. Table tennis tournaments each afternoon a highly for the kids
We had a lovely stay with our two children and their grandparents. The house was perfect for our group and the yard was great for the children and our dog to run and play. The house is a short walk to the surf beach and in a quiet location. We found it nice to be away from the busy town centre but close enough to drive in when we needed. There is a coffee hut nearby at the bottle shop which does excellent coffee.
The house had everything we needed - 2 tv's, bbq, good kitchen utensils, washing machine. The real estate agents were very easy to deal with and very responsive. Would happily stay again.

We found the house to be basic but comfortable. We liked that the kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances and utensils that we could possibly need and appreciated the thought that the owners have put in to ensuring that all cleaning products, toilet paper, tissues etc are supplied.The outdoor area is lovely and well maintained with nice gardens, a giant deck and a large secure yard that the children and dog enjoyed.Location is excellent, with beach access at the end of the street.The house could do with some updates- the washing machine seal if full of mould, the pots and pans need replacing and we were horrified to see the state of the master bedroom quilt when we removed the quilt cover to wash it.We did have to rewash all the cutlery and dishes upon arrival because they had traces of food from the previous tenants and for a property that does not allow pets inside, it was frustrating to continually find white dog/ cat hair every where.The house would benefit from a thorough clean.Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found Pago from First National to be very helpful, the booking process was easy, and we would happily return.

We had a great stay at Dixon Street Surf Beach. The house was very comfortable, light and airy but it was the outside areas and garden that were particularly attractive to us. We had great weather so it was relaxing to be able to sit outside so much. The basketball ring and table tennis were good for the younger family members. It is our second stay here and we plan to come again next year.
We were very pleased with the house and the outdoor area and garden was great for the summer weather. The close proximity to the beach was a bonus and we loved the beach area. Being able to shut off the bedrooms from the main living area was helpful when the young ones had to go to bed. A very comfortable house. One suggestion would be a couple more sharp knives. We had a very pleasant stay and would thoroughly recommend the house.
Exactly as shown in the photos. Comfortable, well equiped and close to the beach. Great big backyard for the dog. Our greyhound loved doing his zoomies.
Traveling to Philip island for the classic car races was made so much better by arriving to a superbly clean and comfortable holiday home. The home had everything and more our family needed and sitting in the Divine sunshine on the deck whilst watching my kids play on the grades it was made our holiday great. I strongly recommend this home and such an easy strolll to the beach.
