Amazing location. Could not be better located. Very quiet despite being in the center of the city. Lots of stores and restaurants. Grocery store right across the road. Fast elevator. Free laundry! Fantastic location. Friendly staff and simple check-in. The single room is indeed tiny (expected) but it is also accessed from the fire stairs and isn't in the same corridor as the rest of the rooms on the floor. Not an issue for me but some might find it a bit unusual

We stayed 1 night in Room 106. The room was larger than some, but the Bathroom is smaller. The bed was comfortable and the Shower had good hot water. The Air Conditioner had a control panel in the room. It seemed to be permanently set on 21 temperature and full fan. It was too cold. The windows looked out onto brick walls, there is no real daylight coming into the room, so it’s quite dark. It’s a short walk to the light rail and the QVB.
