We stayed for business with 3 adults and a child. Unfortunately there was only bedding and towels for 2 peoples. We let the host know on the first night and didn’t receive bedding or towels until almost 11pm the next day. There was still no extra pillows for the 3rd adult either. In our search for the bedding and towels we found how unclean the couch was, as it was a pull out bed. It definitely needs a good vacuum. Getting the key out of the lock box in the letterbox was quite difficult also. The shower leaked all through the bathroom so after 3 adult showers we almost needed to mop. The room was quite modern and the kitchen was gorgeous. We didn’t have any phone reception inside the apartment. Location was great for the Olympic Park.

The apartment was large and very well appointed. It was basically clean, but there were some odd stains here and there that should have been removed before I checked in. (I cleaned some myself). The check-in procedure was a little confusing at first, but worked out OK in the end. Communication was also difficult at first because I didn't have a local phone/SIM card. However after trying to message unsuccessfully via a few methods, I finally used an email address which worked well and the communication was good. The bed broke on my first night due to a faulty leg, but they sent a repair man out to fix it quickly and he (Tony) did a good job and was a good bloke. Checking out was also a little inconvenient because of my difficulty in being able to easily confirm that I had vacated, due to not having a local phone/internet connection outside. The location was good for me. Just across the road from a Coles supermarket and other shops and restaurants. It is also close to the Olympic Park ferry wharf, so it was easy to get into the city from there. Overall, I would definitely stay in one of their apartments again. Thank you!

4張椅子2張很破根本不能坐，廚房水槽有乾掉的芹菜黏在上面，床單有一塊未洗淨的髒汙（反應以後隔天進來換了），停車位第三天回家時發現有另外一台車佔用，後面四天晚上都是自己要去外面找車位…直到退房都沒有解決。客服是能夠回訊息，但停車的問題最後還是沒有得到解決，很失望。
