Everything was wonderful. The only issues was that my partner organised champagne on arrival and it wasn’t in the room as planned, and he had to follow up with the staff (and it took another 30mins before it arrived).

Check in and avaiability of staff was slow and poor. The room make up was sub standard with bed not made, glasses removed and not replaced and coffee not replenished. The room was not fully as advertised. Gym and pool were good though. Definitely not a five star experience or service.
