Our One Bedroom Apartment is located within a quality serviced apartment complex but independently operated by us virtually in the centre of Sydney. We are located in Darling Harbour bordering Chinatown. To give you more of an idea:
- One street from the main street of Sydney (George Street) and World Square boutique shopping centre and food district.
- A few minutes walk accross the park to International Convention Centre (ICC).
- Accross the road from Chinatown and the famous Mamak Restuarant.
- Diagonally accross Darling Square.
- Roof top views overseeing Chinese Gardens, International Convention Centre and Darling Harbour.
- Underground Carpark Parking Station.
- Taxi Rank located directly outside the building.
- The old Monorail station was linked to the building.
- Close to all public transport including minutes walk to Light Rail.
- 20 minute walk to Sydney Cricket Ground Stadium.

What our guests will experience:
Every Saturday night Darling Harbour has a very spectacular display of fireworks on display at around dinner time.

Our guests staying at our apartment has the best place in Chinatown. Look out the window to witness all the events across Dixon Street 'Chinatown'.

All tourist attractions such as Sea Life Sydney Aquarium, Madame Tussauds Sydney, Wildlife Sydney Zoo, The Australian Maritime Museum are walking distance away in Darling harbour.

What to expect

This is a great one bedroom apartment in the best location of Darling harbour and Chinatown. You can walk to anywhere from here! There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower over bath tub, toilet and bathtub. The bedroom has a Queen size bed.

The fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining area from the living area. There is also a washing machine/dryer combo included so there are no additional laundry fees. Free Unlimited Wireless Internet is included.

There are buses, light rails and trains all very close if you do not wish to walk.

Paid parking underneath the building available.

Strictly a non-smoking apartment.

The location of the apartment was superb and we couldn't ask for anything better. Really close to all the major transportation I.e buses, trams and all amenities e.g Coles at World Square shopping mall etc and many restaurants around the area too. Great instructions from Tim before we checked in. Only had time to go to the gym once during our stay and it was a pity that we didn't get to use the pool. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sydney! Apartment was as described and shown in the pictures and had all the basic amenities to make our stay a great one.

I was very extremely surprised as it was much better then I expected. Major comfy bed, great location, Super fast internet, bloody amazing location. I will definitely recommend and would stay again. Hats off for the chique decor, amazing water pressure. Thank you for making our small trip to Sydney much more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful 6-night stay at this apartment. Tim was super easy to communicate with, both before and during the stay. A minor issue encountered after arrival was dealt with promptly, and with grace. Chinatown is literally just outside the bedroom window, but the apartment is high up enough that it does not get too loud at night. Darling Harbour is a few minutes' stroll away via a bustling footbridge. Overall, I found this a perfect place to base myself for the week, with plenty of good food options nearby. Another huge plus was the fact that this apartment is located within a hotel - this means that you get all the important benefits, in particular 24-hr check-in, access to airport-hotel shuttle buses and luggage storage after check-out. These factors are a luxury compared to standard independent AirBnB locations. Thanks Tim!

Prior to arriving we had great communication from the host all the way up to our arrival. Upon arrival the apartment was just as expected. Great location near plenty of shops and restaurants. China town and market right across the street. Updated amenities throughout the apartment. The sleeping accommodations were great. We used the main bed as well as the sleeper sofa. Great all around experience.

My mother, my wife, my 18 months old son and me had a nice stay at Tim's place. Even though it is a small apartment but it is very clean and got everything you need. Superb location, close to everything! The sofa bed is not very comfy, so I think this place is more suitable for couples. Overall, we are very happy staying at Tim's apartment and will come back if travel back to Sydney again. Thanks Tim and Helen.

A generous sized apartment, well maintained and clean with excellent wifi and a five star location within a short wall to everything Chinatown and darling harbour can offer including then world's biggest ImAX screen (we saw fury ) and hotspot restaurants just straight outside the apartment building. Excellent heated pool and adequate gym . If you are sensitive you may want to bring ear plugs as there is materially plenty of inner city noise. The Windows open which is great but are like
Most Australian units, single glazed so noise can penetrate even when closed. Temperatures were very mild so did not have to use the air con.

Perfect location! Conveniently located, within an arms reach of great restaurants and Paddys Market, this is a great place to stay. Friendly and easy to contact hosts, the apartment was tastefully furnished, very clean and had everything you need. Will definitely stay again!!

The apartment was comfortable, warm and in a great location.
Check in was easy and everyone was helpful. Loved the shower. It was perfect for our stay.We stayed here at the end of July for 4 nights and found it to be a pretty good location. Paddy's market is just a short 5 minute walk away so get your souvenirs there, and there are lots of restaurants nearby so you won't be starved for food. It's a half-hour walk to Circular Quay, so you can save up on transport costs if you don't mind taking the stroll.
The apartment doesn't have that much room for moving around after the sofa bed is extended, but the space should be just nice for 2 pax. Tim and Helen have prepared a guide to make the stay fuss-free so you know what's available in the apartment and nearby. They were also quite responsive to our emails when we had several questions before the trip.
Just a note - since the apartment is located within a Seasons Hotel, it might seem like a natural thing to seek advice/help from the reception staff, but it's not the best option. We found them quite surly about extending any form of assistance after discovering we weren't hotel guests. Better to call Tim/Helen if you encounter any problems.

Great place with a terrific location and so close to everything.
We had a wonderful 5 nights stay here, it was hard to resist all the food every time you get out of the building with the incredible aroma wafting down the street.
We even caught a glimpse of Marky Mark (Mark Wahlberg) when he was at the nearby Event Cinema.
Overall, great price for a moderate size apartment.
