Cozy studio, walking trails, beach, lake view

Lake view, cozy studio suite in the bright walkout basement of my home. Small town charm, minutes away from walking and bike trails. Accommodates up to 4 people, full queen-size bed, and pull-out queen sofa bed. 5-minute drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Brand new suite with a dry bar: toaster oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, bar sink, and an assortment of cups, glasses, plates, and cutlery. For your comfort, there is an in-suite fireplace, TV, stereo, and wifi. Outside in the common area is a fire pit, and deck. Host is on site .

. The comfy bed was a pleasant surprise as we were expecting a futon which was advertised in the ad at the time of booking. Very clean with nice towels and bedding. The space worked well for our needs and would certainly recommend and or consider staying again.

Sylvan Lake Vacation
We enjoyed the perfect little place for a relaxing week off. It is in a quiet area only minutes away from the beach. Very clean and comfortable, it has all of the amenities one could ask for. A nice stereo with turntable. A kitchenette stocked with coffee and tea ready to use. Comfortable furniture and a nice bathroom. We loved our stay and will do it again in the future.

Pet friendly
Perfect for an over night stay . I have a 12 lb dog that stayed with my spouse and I. Your pet does share the backyard with the owners dog(s). Also my dog would hear the dog barking upstairs and would want to go up the stairs . So a gate at the bottom of the stairs could be added. I used the recycle bin and garbage can. Besides that the stay was very comfortable and in a great neighborhood.
