Villa exclusive et neuve dans un endroit trÚs calme, piscine d'eau salée chauffée en pierre de lave exclusive (Etna), grand jardin, quatre chambres, cinq salles de bains, barbecue, garage, cheminée, etc.

La maison individuelle avec un jardin de 2 500 mÂČ se compose de trois niveaux: rez-de-chaussĂ©e, mezzanine et grenier. Un total de 420 mÂČ habitables et 150 mÂČ de vĂ©randas sont disponibles. Il y a une piscine chauffĂ©e de 50 mÂČ, espace dĂ©tente et barbecue en pierre naturelle.

La maison dispose de 4 chambres (2x au rez-de-chaussée, 1x à la mezzanine, 1x au dernier étage), un salon avec cheminée, salle à manger (ouverte), cuisine, 5 salles de bains, baignoire avec fonction massage, cheminée, buanderie, garage (pour deux voitures et une moto ), petite salle de massage (masseur sur réservation).

Un autre salon dans le grenier. Il y a une véranda couverte avec des meubles en teck accessible directement depuis le salon, idéale pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dßner.

Il y a aussi le chauffage central, un systÚme d'alarme, quatre télévisions (dont 1x avec SKY, Full HD et Dolby Surround), une connexion pour smartphone, iPad et PC, DSL, WiFi et un barbecue à gaz mobile avec des pierres de lave.

Air conditionné (été / hiver).

La villa Ă  flanc de colline est situĂ©e dans une impasse tranquille, Ă  seulement 10 minutes en voiture de la vieille ville de Syracuse. L'autoroute vers Noto ou Catane et Taormina peut ĂȘtre atteint en seulement 5 minutes, les plus belles plages de sable en 15 minutes environ.

A proximité il y a de nombreuses réserves naturelles telles que Cava Grande del Cassibile (canyon), Vendicari (zone humide), Valle dell 'Anapo (gorge) / Pantalica, volcan Etna, Gole dell' Alcantara (gorge de basalte) etc.

Les villes qui valent le détour sont par exemple B. Noto, Palazzolo A., Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Catania, Taormina etc.

Une superbe semaine

TrÚs bonne organisation de l'accueil; accueillis avec un petit quelque chose à manger : sympa aprÚs plusieurs heures de route. Le contact local passe réguliÚrement et trÚs discrÚtement dans le jardin pour s'occuper de la piscine, des poubelles, du BBQ. Pour ce qui est de la maison, il faut dépasser l'aspect surprenant de la décoration, évidemment comme sur les photos! On s'y fait vite. Un trÚs grand jardin avec plusieurs espaces distinctifs, piscine, tennis de table, BBQ. Tout pour passer une excellente semaine. Et la localisation est trÚs bonne. Petit plus : essayez la pizzeria qui se trouve à 500m!

TrÚs beau séjour dans la villa d'Allessandro

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cette villa extrĂȘmement confortable. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques et la situation est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable Ă  10mn d'Ortigia et des superbes plages et pas loin de Noto et l'Etna. Merci Ă  Vincenzo pour les bons plans des restaurants et encore Ă  Allessandro pour sa gentillesse et sa grande disponibilitĂ©.

We were 5 adults, and we enjoyed very much our stay! The linen and towels were of very good quality, changed once a week. All was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and the swimming pool water always had good temperature.Antony used to come every early morning to uncover the pool and clean the garden. He was very kind. Alessandro the host was very nice too. There was a nice lunch waiting for us when we arrived!

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i Syrakusa. Huset Àr fantastiskt vackert och mycket bekvÀmt. Inredningen var sÄ fin, det kÀndes som ett hem. Poolen hÀrlig och alla utemiljöer mycket vackra. VÀrden och övrig personal var mycket hjÀlpsamma och vÀnliga. Vi hyrde bil och Äkte taxi vilket fungerade utmÀrkt. Staden Ortigia var helt magisk med sÄ mycket att se och fantastisk mat. Vi vandrade vid Cava Grande, Cassibile, samt Äkte till havet vid Fontane Bianche, mycket vackert. Vi Àlskar att motionera men det var svÄrt att springa pÄ vÀgarna dÄ det var mycket smalt och bilarna kör snabbt. Vi hittade dock ett Padelcenter pÄ vÀgen till Floridia, bara ca 4 km frÄn huset, vilket var toppen. Jag kan absolut rekomendera detta hus och skulle gÀrna Äka tillbaka. Marie med sambo, fyra söner med respektive och en 6-mÄnaders bebis:)

Great experience in wonderful surroundings

We were two families travelling together to Sicily. We found the Villa to be an amazing base, quiet and clean with a beautiful garden and a great pool with different depth levels (great for the kids). At the same time we were close to shopping, to Siracusa and within short distance to Noto and Fondo Bianche. The communication with the host was seamless and there was great flexibility even though we arrived slightly earlier than first anticipated. Also we were greeted with local delicacies, which made for a great first meal in Italy! During our stay Antony made sure that we got any help we needed and made us feel very welcome and at home! I would recommend this stay to everyone, as it really is a serene base for a great holiday.

Stunning Villa

Stunning Villa Ganesh We were 2 couples and 2 single friends The villa and the property are absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention the sparkling heated salt water pool.. Antony greeted us when we arrived and went over all the house rules, really not that many. To our surprise there was arincini and pizza from Carbé in Belvedere, plus beer and bottled water in the refrigerator. Antony was very helpful with collecting our recycling and emptying the trash. We stayed for 10 nights, there was a mid week light cleaning and towel change twice during our stay. The villa and the gardens have a lot of space for anyone to relax. We used the grill made from Mt Etna stone most evenings. Grocery stores are within a 10 minute drive and there is a pharmacy at the end of the road.

Outstanding!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property is Siracusa! The villa is immaculate with beautiful grounds and pool! You could enjoy your entire vacation without even leaving the villa!! The town of Siracusa and Ortigia are only 15 minutes away. Taormina and Catania are close as well! We would highly recommend this property to anyone!!

Beautiful Villa

We had a great time at the Villa. Favorite parts were the gardens and pool. We loved the house and settled in but it has 3 levels so it was a little challenging to decide who slept where. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Great espresso machine. We were greeted with local Sicilian food, water and more! Antony who takes care of the house was fantastic. The outside eating area was perfect for our family. We had many questions along the way for Vincenzo our VRBO contact and he handled most well. There will be additional rules given when you get to the house that must be followed. I do not think it is good for small children- too many steps. It is located in the country, but not far from Ortigia and some great restaurants. Also, for some reason VRBO says 9 guests and it is only 8.

Beautiful stay in Siracusa

This property was exactly as described. We (my husband, our 5 adult children and I) were far enough from the city of Siracusa to relax in quiet and privacy but were also able to make day trips all over southern and eastern Sicily . We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Top: beautiful hosts (Alessandro and Anthony) who made us feel at home. Concierge service from Anthony highly appreciated. Fantastic house, garden and pool. Surprise welcome lunch added a nice Sicilian touch to our arrival. Spacious house for two families to have a great time and co-exist. Less good: Disappointed to have ants in the home, particularly the basement rooms. Although not in the control of the owner, we were surprised to find that water was not drinkable and limits to sewage capabilities (toilet paper in bin). Location requires a car - no question.

Luxurious villa with beautiful garden

Alessandro was extremely welcoming and gave us a detailed guided tour on arrival, including how to work the fantastic coffee machine. He had provided us with plates of local specialities so we didn’t have to shop on our first day. During the week we were very well looked after by Anthony who cleaned the pool and the BBQ every morning. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature so we could use it even though it was early in the season. Each room had beautiful decor and the villa is full of paintings and momentoes from the owner’s travels. We used the Mount Etna hot stone BBQ most evenings and the kitchen is very well equipped. The villa was very clean and there is enough space for family members to find a quiet spot if they need to on the verandah or in the landscaped gardens. There is a TV with Sky so we could watch sport and we also had ping pong and table tennis tournaments on the verandah. The location is great as it is a short drive to Ortigia. I would highly recommend for a party of adults looking for some peaceful luxury; a wonderful environment in which to spend quality time cooking and relaxing together.

Great vacation house!

My family and I (5 adults, 3 children) had more than enough space to enjoy our 1 week vacation in this wonderful house! It contained everything we needed to relax, cook our own food and have a nice time in the pool. The pool was the only one we found that was heated - even up to +28 C! The garden was well kept and had much space for the kids to play and run around in. A huge plus was when we arrived late in the evening and the very friendly host was there to introduce the house and make us feel at home. The host was easy to reach all the time and we always felt welcome to contact him with questions. We highly recomend this house! /Lina and family (from Sweden)

This is one of the best villas I have ever stayed at. It started with a wonderful welcome from Alessandro and Sanjiva after arriving late due to a delayed flight. In the villa there are so many details such as the daily clean of the bbq, the wonderful peaceful gardens with lots of places to relax in sun or shade, and the many places to eat outside , that lead to a great stay. Would recommend to anyone wanted a luxurious stay in peace and tranquillity

Beautiful

We 8 took 4 rooms, all were ample, clean and comfortable. There was food and drink in the house when we arrived; very nice hosts. Great garden. Nice pool. The house is 10 minutes from Siracusa by car and 20 minutes to Ortigia. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Highly recommended

The most stunning holiday we have had in Europe.

This has to be the best Villa and holiday we have had in the last 15 years. The Villa was stunning in every way. We didn’t have to think of anything on arrival. Alessandro had provided food and drink and the children could just jump in the beautiful pool with towels all ready and waiting for them when we got there. From interior to exterior this villa is a 5 star recommendation and believe me we are fussy. The photos were beautiful but when your there it’s a totally different story. Sheer perfection. The location of the villa is just as perfect, with beaches and the town of Ortigia Siracusa being just an 11 minute drive away and the supermarket just 5 minute drive we simply didn’t do anything else. We have returned to England the most relaxed and united as a family we could ever be. This. Villa is a must to rent and we hope to return again next year, which is again something we don’t usually do. Thank you to Enzo and Alesaandro who made the whole experience from booking to stay a perfect one. Xxx

Amazing!

We are so greatful we booked this house!! We were knocked out by the jetlag and plane travel when we got here... but the welcome by the owner was so warm that it gave us our energy back! We had all we needed to just relax and enjoy our first night and morning there: food, drinks, and all we needed for breakfast. A blessing since we and our two young kids were exhausted. Also: the owner was very pleased to welcome us and the children. This huge house has numerous outdoor settings that gave us plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy al fresco dinners and nights in different settings... couches in a cactus garden, lazy beds in the rose garden... dinners under the vines... and what to say about the Etna volcanoe rock bbq!! A must!! We cooked all of our dinners there, although there was a standard bbq available in the other outdoor dinning area. We also really enjoyed the pool. The house was really clean and the service impeccable. We love to cook and the kitchen was super well equiped: nothing was missing. THe Lavazza coffee machine was much loved in the morning, with more refills then we could need. Huge washing machine room, great for our family. Large and beautiful clean rooms with super comfortable bedding. We were close enough to several attractions to stay there a whole week: Etna, Vendicari reserve and it's beaches, Noto area, and part of central Sicily's beautiful towns: Caltagirone, Piazza Armerina, Syracuse and Ortigia, etc. We have over the years rented many houses for our vacations, but this one was the most welcoming, and we enjoyed it enough to want to come back whenever we get the chance. The fact that we are very close to Syracuse but not stuck in the trafic is a blessing.... and we loved the unanounced pizzeria five minutes away. Sincerly: our best house rental so far. Perfect. Ideal location, ideal property. Warm hosts.

This villa was incredible. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate us, even bringing us a selection of wine, liquor, pastries, pizzas, ham, olives and more. They even brought fresh eggs! Little American flags were even purchased to decorate our pastries! The outdoor space is lovely and beautifully landscaped. Wifi was excellent and the information pamphlet left for the house was extremely detailed. The pool was sublime and well heated. If you like to cook, there is an outdoor grill made from lava stone from Mt Etna and the nearby market in Ortygia has some of the best fish I have ever seen. This was the highlight of the trip and we hope to return soon!
