You are invited to come enjoy your Tallahassee experience while staying at the private and elegant Pine Hill Gardens. Walk through your peaceful courtyard garden to enter your two bedroom in the heart of Historic Midtown. If you are looking for proximity to everything, a beautiful & secluded place to stay, and all the amenities of home Pine Hill is perfect for you.

Your courtyard entrance opens into your private living quarters. Your fully equipped kitchen and delightful dining area looks out through a wall of windows to the courtyard garden. You are also welcome to dine outside on the courtyard table and use the outside grill. From the dining room, step through the French doors into the classy comfort of your living room, where you can unwind, read, or watch TV. Next, walk through to the bedrooms. The light and airy master bedroom overlooks the courtyard and has a queen bed. The second bedroom shares the bathroom and has a trundle bed which easily makes a bed for two. If needed, the living room couch pulls out into a queen bed. Pine Hill is always stocked with gourmet coffee, linens, towels, and bath products.

The entire Garden Home is all yours! Your Garden Home is attached to the main house, but completely private. You are welcome to use the courtyard. Enjoy sitting outside and using the grill. The washer and dryer is available and accessible in the entrance hall as you enter.

Historic Midtown is the ideal location for any visit to Tallahassee. It is a stone's throw away from the Florida Capital. Just a stroll away, you will find Midtown's restaurants, libations, and live music. By day, Midtown provides shopping and cafes. Downtown Tallahassee, hospitals, colleges and the stadium, Gaines Street arts, and the convention center are all within a 3 mile radius. Charming cottage feel & Conveniently located close to FSU, the downtown and Capitol areas. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I highly recommend Pine Hill Cottage.

A great home away from home

This property had everything we needed for a weeklong stay in Tallahassee. The amenities were appreciated. The location was great as we had to be at the Capitol everyday. Communication with the host was easy, too. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy comfort

Had a short, but great stay for parents weekend at Florida State. Location was a very walkable pleasant neighborhood and very quiet 
was about a 10 minute ride to all the activities that we came to Tallahassee for. Would definitely stay again.

Cute bungalow!

This place is adorable! I would love to highlight the pocket doors that separate the kitchen from the sitting room. There are games to play if you are traveling with others. I wish I could have enjoyed the courtyard! I was simply too busy this trip.

Live like a local

This is the sweetest little guest house in the perfect midtown Tallahassee location. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, but still under 10 minutes away from the Florida State campus, the capitol building, TMH and dozens of great restaurants and retail locations. My adult son and I were in town to visit family and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The two bedrooms and one bathroom feel just the right size for two or maybe three people. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet Retreat

The apartment was very cute & in a good location. We enjoyed our time there. The difficult part of it was not getting hot water in the bathroom sink without letting gallons of water run. That was concerning.

Respite from the storm

We stayed here as an evacuation from recent hurricanes. The property is cozy and comfortable. I especially loved the outdoor courtyard every morning, the walkable neighborhood, and proximity to FSU. Given that this is a private, but "shared" space, I had questions and texts daily to the owner, all of which were answered immediately and positively. We were made to be very comfortable and safe for our stay in a challenging time. Thank you!

Perfect for extended family visits

We recently enjoyed a visit from our son's family. He and his wife visited with their two children. We live in Tallahassee, but rented this home for their four night stay. It was great for them to have a place to retreat to at the end of a day with us to put the kids down and have their own space. The garden patio was perfect for outside time. The location is superb and they enjoyed a lovely walk to midtown breakfast one morning. I will recommend this idea to all my friends who are grandparents!
