The Space

Casa del Sol is an exceptional 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa boasting luxurious amenities, refined decor, and exquisite finishes, accommodating up to 10 guests.

This modern retreat features stainless steel appliances, porcelain countertops, air conditioning, cable TV, complimentary WiFi, a dining room for eight, and a private pool with a terrace, BBQ area, and garden.

Bedroom Configurations:

• Master Bedroom: 1 king bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom with an outdoor shower and tub.
• Guest Bedroom 1: king bed, private bathroom.
• Guest Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds, private bathroom.
• Guest Bedroom 3: king bed, private bathroom.

The property offers secure parking for up to three cars, ensuring a seamless and convenient stay.

Guest Access

Enjoy full access to the entire unit, including four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, private pool, terrace, BBQ area, and garden. The villa is equipped with its own washer and dryer for your convenience. Guests also have the privilege of accessing Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club's facilities, featuring pools, a restaurant, and the beach. An entry fee of $10 per day (for ages 12 and above) grants access to the beach club, with the amount credited at the bar and restaurant. Feel free to inquire about hiring a private chef, arranging special dinners, or seeking assistance with transportation and activity planning during your stay. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities.

Please be aware that daily housekeeping is not included in the rental fee. However, we can arrange for this service at an additional cost of $45 plus VAT per day. Additionally, for every 7-night stay, we are happy to include a complimentary cleaning. For example, if you stay for 7 nights, you will receive one complimentary cleaning; for a 14-night stay, you will receive two.
