Beautiful Cabin Retreat

Cabin is located on 9 wooded acres in Tamms Illinois, in the heart of NAPA, Illinois. Very quiet, secluded, and not visible from the road.
It is located on the edge of the Shawnee Forest. Enjoy the many wineries in the nearby area.
Wildlife abounds, including; Mountain Lions, Black Panthers, Lynx, Bobcats, Coyotes, Wolfs that have breed with Coyotes, Rare Black Bears, Deer, Armadillos, Bald Eagles, Hawks, A nesting pair of Great Horned Owls on Property, Too many Songbirds to mention, Humingbirds, Vultures.... Our Lodge is located in an Internationally Important Ecosystem, the Cache River Basin, because it's where the Eastern enviornment meets the Western Enviornment and the Nothern meets the Southern.
Parts of the area look just like Louisiana, minus the Gators! The northern range of the Ozark Mountains extends into our area, with the tallest mountain in Illinois, Bald Knob, just minutes away.
It's the midwest mecca for wildfowl, with Horseshoe Lake a short drive away, and many Hunting spots nearby, including on our 9 acre Preserve. There is great hiking on our property, you can climb Mount Saint Tams (670 feet) just a stones throw from the front porch and do a little rock climbing.
