We were a group of friends who were in Tampa for a conference. This property was perfect for us. The hosts were gracious and welcoming, the accommodations were fantastic, and all communication was simple. The backyard is a "work in progress" but we didn't need any outdoor space as part of our time in Tampa. The kitchen and family room are connected as a great room and that was perfect for us. Great property and convenient location.

Great stay!

We had a great stay. The property was as described and looked just like the pictures. We were able to walk to coffee and some breakfast places in the am. Several of our party walked to Riverwalk/Iron Works and U Tampa and a few scootered back, which was super convenient. We were in town for a soccer tournament at the Sportsplex and the commute back and forth was easy. The rooms and beds were furnished nicely and were super comfy! The living spaces easily accommodated our group of 10. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to eat in for a few meals. Chris was super helpful and was easy to reach with any questions we had. Thanks so much for the amazing accommodations for great Tampa stay!

Lovely family weekend.

The house was great for having family dinners, playing card games, and watching football! The house was clean and well kept; the beds were comfy and the layout was great with ample flexibility of use. Convenient to pretty much anything you would need, including public pickleball courts! Absolutely no company’s!

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt.. die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, haben das Haus wunderschön mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und und sind jederzeit erreichbar..
