Walk to Playa Blanca Punta Leona from Luxury Condo with SpectacularViews

Enjoy your next vacation in Beautiful Costa Rica! This fourth floor luxury 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condominium has spectacular views of Playa Blanca and is just a 4 minute walk to the pristine beach. Located on the central Pacific coast, the home is a 90 minute drive from the San Jose Airport and minutes away from surfing, ziplining, hiking, fine dining, spas and so much more. The reservation does not include access to Club Punta Leona´s restaurants, bathrooms, kayak rental or parking at Playa Blanca.

This vacation home has everything you may need for a relaxing tropical beach vacation including two pools connected with a water slide and a 4 minute walk to the beach. The balcony has a beautiful view of the white sands of Playa Blanca, waves crashing on rocks at each end of the beach and the Nicoya Peninsula across the bay. The large, open concept kitchen, dining and living room has sliding doors out to the balcony and floor to ceiling windows that capture the beautiful view of the beach. The balcony extends the whole width of the condo with outdoor seating, outdoor dining spaces, a hammock and three ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar for 4, a dining room that seats 10 and a living room with an HDTV and 5.1 sound for enjoying your favorite DVDs, cable TV, or stream from your own device using wifi and chromecast. A laundry room next to the kitchen has a washer, dryer and sink. The master suite has the same gorgeous view as the living and dining rooms, with floor to ceiling windows and sliding door to the balcony, a king bed, HDTV with cable and DVD player, and a large closet. The master bath has a large shower and jacuzzi tub. The second master bedroom has a private bathroom with a large shower, a full bed and twin bunkbeds. The third bedroom has easy access to the hall bathroom which is identical to the second master bath and the bedroom also has a full bed and twin bunkbeds.

You are limited to two cars and will have two covered parking spots at the condo. Parking at the beach is limited to club members, but you can drop off your party or supplies at the handicap accessible ramp to the beach if someone does not want to walk down the hill to the beach.

You will enter through Club Punta Leona to reach the condo. This booking does NOT include access to the club amenities (bathrooms, parking, the restaurant and kayak rentals at the beach).

The condo has two pools. The upper pool has a maximum depth of 90 cm (3 ft) and a gently sloping entrance perfect for young children. A water slide connects the upper and lower pools. Cascades of water fall over a "cave" in the lower pool that is next to the water slide. The lower pool also has an infinity edge into the jungle and a view of the ocean.

The beach and condominium is surrounded by jungle and you will most likely see scarlet macaws, capuchin monkeys, pelicans diving for fish, coati, and iguanas while relaxing on the balcony, lounging in the pool or walking along the beach. Humpback whales can sometimes be seen in the bay with their calves. A small field on the walk back home from the beach fills up with fireflies some nights.
