Rooms were so dirty, carpet had stain all over. Washer dryer had thick layer of dust. You have to clean first before you put clothes in to wash. Than dryer doesn't dry clothes. We put an hour and finally took wet clothes with us in the car. Remote control for the TV was nasty dirty. Our sink didn't drained water, so my husband try to call manager and phone receiver was so nasty , he almost fainted seeing that and went to wash his hands. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. I would say drive 40 minutes and go stay in rotorua.

Great self contained studio which was, modern, well appointed and within walking distance to town.

Dryer did not work. Instructions for switching on the power for washing machine was unclear, but receptionist was very nice and helpful. We arrived on a Saturday so no housekeeping for the 2 days we stayed. That was not clear in booking. Overall, we wouldn't stay there again.

It’s ok. Replaced basic ammenities, creamer instead of milk, appliances need a polish, payment for room was taken before even getting to the property… when pay at property was selected… thought I was going to do the transaction..
