The staff were exceptionally courteous, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, there was a significant lack of hot water in both the shower and sink, with temperatures remaining cold throughout the stay. Otherwise, it was a positive experience.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Teaneck Glenpointe. The hotel was very clean, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent customer service. Breakfast was decent with good options, and the location is perfect for easy access to NYC while staying in a quieter area. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in many different hotels but this one is on my “second time” list to go back, the breakfast was amazing and the staff service was on point and not to mention the staff service was great, but also the valet parking service. I will definitely go back to this hotel without a doubt.
