The Penthouse is located in a very quiet complex and has a large communal pool with solarium and a small pool for children. The hammocks in the solarium are free for use. It is just a 5 minute walk from the new sandy beach, Playa del Ajabo, located in Callao Salvaje. The holiday home is completely renovated in a modern style, it is bright and very comfortable. It has a cozy living room with dining area, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry area, a master bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet. From the living room you access the terrace with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera. It is furnished with a table and four chairs for dinner basking in the sunset, and 2 hammocks. Our guests have a parking space in the communal underground garage. The complex is located in a very quiet area and is ideal for families with children, as it has a security fence and a large public playground is just a few meters from the complex. Restaurants, bars, pharmacies and supermarkets are 15 minutes walk away. This penthouse is also ideal as a starting point for excursions. Hikers arrive at the "Barranco del Infierno" in Adeje in just 10 minutes and the famous water park "Siam Park" is approximately 15 minutes away. It is also a good starting point for maritime excursions or parks such as the Jungle Park which is only 20 minutes away, etc. An ideal holiday home in the south of the island, due to its pleasant climate and location away from mass tourism.

It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.

Groups of young people under 20 years are not permitted.
