Brand new apartment in the center of Los Cristianos featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms (ensuite), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views. The apartment building was completely renovated and refurbished in 2020. The building has a large swimming pool and a recently renovated children's pool, with a large patio for sunbathing. Sun loungers are available for rent at reception (eu 1 per day). The building also has a parking lot, but spaces are unassigned. Depending on availability, parking is available inside. Otherwise, free street parking is available. Free fiber optic Wi-Fi is available!

The apartment, located on the fourth floor, is in the center of Los Cristianos, 150 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the main square (with the church).

A 2-minute walk takes you to the town center with all its shops of all kinds: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, small grocery stores with fresh fruit and vegetables, pharmacies, banks, a post office, bus and taxi stops, etc., and everything else a small town center has to offer. The sea and the beautiful Los Cristianos beach are just 200 meters away.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (ensuite), a fully equipped and brand new kitchen with washing machine, fridge, electric oven and microwave, kettle, pots, pans, plates, glasses, and everything you need to cook and eat during your stay.

The terrace, overlooking the sea and the harbor, is equipped with a table, chairs, and an awning, ideal for enjoying a glass of chilled wine or a beer at sunset.

The building also has two tennis courts (for a fee).
The condominium parking (for approximately 50 cars) is free and available, but there are no assigned spaces.
However, there are plenty of free parking spaces on the street.

All my guests have free use of the beautiful, comfortable, and renovated swimming pool. A 2-minute walk from the building is the center of Los Cristianos with all its wonderful shops, the harbor, the beautiful seafront promenade, and an endless number of restaurants, bars, and ice cream parlors ready to satisfy any sweet or savory craving.

There are 9 bus stops 300 meters from the apartment that They connect much of the island.
Everything you need for your vacation is just outside the building. Shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus and taxi stops, banks, ice cream parlors, and shops of all kinds are within walking distance, without needing a car.
