The Space:
Villa Esmeralda is a beautiful three-bedroom, four-bathroom villa located on the El Rincon complex in the popular Los Cristianos resort in Tenerife. Situated just a short distance from the seafront, this complex offers a tranquil setting for a memorable vacation. The villa boasts an array of amenities, including two large shared poolsâone of which is heatedâa children's pool, and meticulously maintained gardens. While guests have access to these shared facilities, the villa also features a spacious private pool and garden, perfect for enjoying some exclusive relaxation. Please note that there is an additional charge for heating the private pool.
The pool itself is easily accessible via steps and is equipped with a convenient pool cover. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find a covered double terrace area furnished with tables, comfortable seating, a patio table, chairs, and a sun awning, providing a delightful spot for outdoor dining or simply unwinding. As you step back into the villa through two sets of patio doors, you'll find a spacious living room with a dining table and six chairs, two sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with a selection of English and international satellite channels, and a DVD player, ensuring your entertainment needs are met. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, oven, hob, extractor fan, and a breakfast table with four chairs. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cloakroom featuring a wash hand basin and WC. The wifi router is conveniently located by the grand staircase.
Descending the stairs to the basement level, you'll discover the master bedroom, a shower room, and a utility area complete with another tall fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a large water heater. The shower room offers a shower, wash hand basin, and WC. The master bedroom is furnished with two single beds, bedside tables with lamps, two armchairs, a sofa, a dressing table with a mirror above, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a variety of English and international satellite channels, and fitted wardrobes.
Ascending the stairs to the first floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite. Both bedrooms share a charming balcony, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and scenic views. The second bedroom is furnished with a two single beds, bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes, a flat-screen TV with English and international channels, two armchairs, and air conditioning. Patio doors lead out to the balcony, and this bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath with an overhead shower, wash hand basin, hairdryer, and WC. The third bedroom also offers two single beds, bedside tables with lamps, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and patio doors leading to the balcony. There is an additional bathroom on this floor, consisting of a walk-in shower, wash hand basin, bidet, WC, and a bath/shower. The shared balcony, furnished with comfortable sofas and a patio table with chairs, is an inviting space for relaxation. Upon prior request, two of the double beds can be separated into twins if needed.
Continuing up the stairs to the second floor, you'll find a delightful chill-out area featuring sofas, a small table, and a kitchenette with a sink and fridge. This cosy space is perfect for unwinding and enjoying a refreshing beverage or two.
Please note that the lead guest must be 25 years or older, and groups consisting solely of males or females are not permitted. Parties are strictly prohibited.
An optional charge of 22 euros per night is applicable for pool heating, allowing you to enjoy comfortable swimming. The air conditioning is 15 euros per night (mandatory).
