We love staying at this hotel. It is extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the young lady (I think her name was Jessa) who keeps the breakfast options well-stocked and each of the food stations clean. Her impeccable attention to detail did not go unnoticed!

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. Compared to other HI Express hotels I frequent, the room in the Terrace hotel was a bit rough around the edges with bubbled paint, stains on the lampshade, and a big gouge out of the bedside table. Otherwise, a good experience and I really like the lounge area on the main floor and the business center available.
