This is a comfortable 2-bedroom apartment for 4 people with a breathtaking view of the sea. Despite being located in the heart of the town of Noordwijk, the beach is only 100 m away.

The area is known for its beautiful, shifting dunes. Noordwijk Binnen is the historical heart of the city and worth a visit. The beautiful Keukenhof flower garden is only 10 km away while the Space Expo is 4 km from here. Cities like Haarlem and The Hague are within 25 km of the home, while Amsterdam is 47 km away. You will find restaurants and supplies within a short walk of the home.

Great location. Great beach for walks and such

This was a perfect spot for me. Right on the beach. Kitchen had a combo oven, so I could do baking (yum) rather than microwave (yuck). If you don't have towels, be sure to ask for them before arriving - or bring your own.

This place is a truly luxurious apartment with all the home comforts and fantastic views out to sea. The beds are really comfortable and I had the best nights sleep I’ve ever had away from home. It is clear the owners take great pride in the apartment and keep it modern and up to date and therefore we treated it with great respect. Our contact on arrival was punctual, helpful and informative and gave us all the information we needed advising of we had any issues during the week to let him know. The area is lovely and the beaches clean. Checkout was arranged at point of check in so we knew exactly what time we needed to be ready to leave. There was unexpected maintenance on the building whilst we were there that no one knew was taking place and our contact was apologetic but put that to one side we would definitely stay here again if in the area in the future.

I absolutely LOVED the apartment! It is beautifully appointed with plenty of items to make anyone’s stay enjoyable. Location is stupendous—- less than a minute walk to the beach which you can see from the living room and outdoor balcony. There is so much space
 more than enough for a family of five. The extra bed that comes out of the leather sofa is very comfortable too! I appreciated the parking spot in the garage and the elevator to transport all our things and help my elderly mom get around easily. In the parking garage there is also a little library of books, magazines and music cds you can borrow! For those traveling with little kids, this is the place for you! There are games and puzzles in the bottom of the china closet AND there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Mr. Huismans was very welcoming and answered my questions promptly and kindly. I would love to return with my family next time I’m visiting my mom!! We had an amazing time relaxing, shopping at the many stores nearby and eating great food from the plethora of restaurants steps away from the building! —— Sally from USA is a huge fan :)

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist klasse. Das Bad ist fĂŒr hollĂ€ndische VerhĂ€ltnisse riesig und komfortabel. - Aber: Die Heizung im Schlafzimmer funktionierte leider nicht. Wir hĂ€tten sie bei den Dezembertemperaturen von bis zu minus 6°C gebrauchen können. Ein grĂ¶ĂŸerer Nachteil war jedoch der BaulĂ€rm direkt am Parallelboulevard, der auch bei geschlossenem Schlafzimmerfenster ab 7:15 Uhr von Montag bis einschl. Samstag zu hören war. Obwohl dies bekannt ist und die Straßenbauarbeiten laut Baubeschilderung vom September 2022 bis April 2023 dauern werden, wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen. Wir hĂ€tten gerne ein EntschĂ€digung vom EigentĂŒmer bekommen, aber ĂŒber Belvilla ist dies scheinbar nicht möglich. Schade!!!

Die Wohnung ist vor ein paar Jahren erkennbar hochwertig renoviert und eingerichtet worden. Lage und Ausblick sind toll - großer Balkon und Fensterfront mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Der kleine Raum mit dem Stockbett ist tatsĂ€chlich etwas eng, die Kinder hat das aber nicht gestört. Und im Zweifel gibt es ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich, der dann immer noch groß genug ist. Auto steht in der Tiefgarage, Aufzug (fĂŒrs GepĂ€ck) vorhanden. Nur im Treppenhaus mĂŒffelt es sehr streng, in der Wohnung aber nicht. Trotz der Restaurants am Boulevard direkt unterhalb ist es ruhig in der Wohnung. Relevante Dinge wie Betten und Bad/WC sehr sauber geputzt, Rest etwas oberflĂ€chlich, aber ok. Die Übergabe bei Ankunft/Abreise war problemlos, der Verwalter sehr freundlich. Nur Noordwijk an Zee als Ort hat uns nicht so gefallen, liegt auch an der Bebauung mit GebĂ€uden wie dem der Ferienwohnung. Aber man schaut ja meist von drinnen raus und nicht umgekehrt;-) Die Buchung auf der Belvilla-Seite ist wegen der etwas irritierenden Endpreisfindung verbesserungsfĂ€hig, aber die teilweise berichteten Problem nach der Buchung gab es bei uns nicht.

Super Unterkunft

Nach einer herzlichen BegrĂŒĂŸung sind wir erstmal in der Wohnung angekommen und haben den hervorragenden Ausblick von der Terasse genossen. Alles war sauber und die Unterkunft war 1A. Waren hier bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist mit dabei, Einkaufsmarkt in der NĂ€he, Restaurant s ebenfalls.
