Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the terrace. American kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Muntrilj. The villa is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
