This charming and impecably clean Casita (small house) sits within a private lot in one of Todos Santos most desired areas. Mature tropical landscape greets you upon entering the gate to this your new temporary home.
Built on three levels you enter into the living and kitchen with like new finishes and furnishings. The kitchen is gas fired, has a small refrigerator and is rental ready with all kitchen utensils necessary for your stay. Counters and sink are typical regional concrete finish. Three level house with kitchen and living space on the main level, the bedroom on the second and ocean and sunset view 3rd level.
The bath shower and sink are separate with typical poly de arco ceiling. The water closet is separate and equipped with extra towels and bidet personal seat. There is a seating area just outside the kitchen with rod iron furniture.
The large second story bedroom has a queen size bed with a firm but luxurious temperpedic mattress, two sets of sheets and nice private closet. Chest of drawers as well as luggage racks are provided as well as decorative as well as netting over the bed.
The third floor is most people's favorite with ocean and sunset views you wont want to leave. All three levels are well lit for your ease of enjoyment day or night.

This compound is normally the owners primary residence. The front casita is private and for your use. While there are some personal belongings you the guest are invited to make this property your home for your stay.

If you are accustomed to hotel amenities, concierge and surroundings this is not for you. If you are open minded and enjoy finer things with someone else's personal flare you are looking at the right property. This is a fabulous location and a special and intersting property.
