This property will be renovating the guestrooms and lobbies in the Main and Annex Towers, and the Restaurant Ajikaido Gojusantsugi, from 9 AM-5 PM on November 1, 2026, to April 1, 2029. During renovations, guests may hear construction-related noise and vibration and the restaurant may not be available.

Breakfast is not included in the breakfast rate plan for children ages 4-5, and can be requested onsite for the listed child breakfast fee. There are no breakfast fees for children 3 and under.

Everything was great. My only little gripe is that when you put the shower head to the higher position, the water shoots way out to the back wall and water could get everywhere. It’s a minor thing but if it could angle down a bit, it could avoid this

Unbeatable location just a few minutes from Shinagawa station, shopping and Dinner is convenient, the room is late 90’s design( Annex tower) little bit dirty and old, the lobby is small but updated like boutique hotel.
