It was almost perfect but missing a towel rack..the wall shows the ugly screw holes ...staff were very attentive ...more attentive than best hotels I've been to but the lobby is too small for breakfast ..really way way too small .

Was very easy to check in and out. The only thing missing from the room was the magnet for the door for the eco clean/do not disturb, as we only stayed two nights (that wasn't an issue though). Staff are friendly and very helpful. 6 minutes walk from the station made it easy and in a great location to walk to Skytree (30 minutes) and the markets too.

Nice hotel chain with many locations offering good breakfast at very affordable rate. It is conveniently located (walkable to Senso-ji, direct train from HND airport). The only complaint is the lack of open space of the room (<20 square feet).

I was there for 7 nights. The bed was concave. The sliding window was not soundproof which made me heard a lot of noise for the outside. Besides, the rest of the room was nice.

Great for the price!! It is a budget hotel with great convenience. We stayed here for 5 nights. The staffs were all very polite and helpful, the free breakfast is alright with a decent amount of options for a small hotel, than you have a grocery store and many convenience stores around easily available. You also have access to free helpful amenities for your stay, which is very nice! If you're worried about language barrier during check-in and checkout, most of the staffs can speak English well. Otherwise they also have a self-check-in and check-out machine that has Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean available. I would definitely come back to this hotel the next time I come to Tokyo!

Disappointed with the hotel - especially the room layout which is very weird. The room door opens to a door - which is the cramped toilet with bathroom. A bed with desk and TV on either side of the toilet/bathroom in the middle. Very limited space to move. Why would I require 2 individual TV and desks? I have such a tight space to open my luggage. Also as my kids stay free, I can’t ask for additional towels for free and it is chargeable. Requested more pillows since only have 2 but none available on first night. 2nd night only provided 1. The breakfast was quite good though with ample selection.
