The staff was very nice. The room overall was great. We had an issue in the bathroom. There was a fake nail on the sink when we arrived. We told the front desk but when we returned it was still there. Disappointed

The cleaning lady was very stingy with towels. Three adults in the room towels only for two. When asked for more she gave attitude. When we needed them changed out because I had surgery and needed sanitary towels daily she was grumpy and gave attitude. Had to ask for garbages to be emptied and had to sanitize daily ourselves. Needed vacuuming on day three but got refused because it wasn't on her list!

Staff was courteous, room was not great condition, toilet and bathroom sink had issues. Sink did not drain very well and the toilet I had to repeatedly take the cover off the back of the toilet to fix the float and the chain in the plunger. The main door latch was also sticky and I would have to scan the key card multiple times to enter. They are understaffed from management but he employees are doing their best.

We got there Sunday, requested a housekeeper TUESDAY because we had no towels - they sent a guy to our room with towels and he smelled of alcohol .. never saw one until WEDNESDAY.. the wallpaper is peeling off all the hallway walls

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, during my stay, I discovered bed bugs in the room. The situation made the stay very uncomfortable, and I had to take extra precautions with my belongings afterward. I really hope management takes this seriously and addresses it properly so that future guests don’t have to go through the same experience.

Overall the hotel was nice. The rooms were decent, although they could use some deep cleaning and repairs. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Front staff were pleasent.
