The man on the phone when I called about the shuttle was kind of impatient and hung up on me before I was done talking. I liked the driver - she was very friendly! The room was clean and the beds comfy, but the sound from the neighbors playing music really carried into my room. Also there were no drinks in the vending machine.

Amenities could be improved. The coin operated vending machines did not take debit cards and there was no easy to get change for these machines without leaving the hotel. The only way to get bottled water was through said machines. A main floor fountain with Dixie cups was the only other source of drinking water for the entire hotel.
