A very nice ambience. Property was clean and we didn't have to pay for parking.

Great hotel for a stop over and a good nights sleep.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, friendly staff, very comfortable bed
Cons: no opening windows in room
We use this hotel frequently on our way to and from our cottage in northern Ontario. Being 15 minutes from the airport, 1 minute from a dozen restaurants and shopping and right on the 400 makes this an excellent location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Any issues are always taken care of quickly and to the benefit of the guest. Lobby is very clean, cozy (fireplace and TV), bright and modern. Restaurant has a very good breakfast buffet and the service staff are very pleasant. Rooms are average size with average decor. TVs are bit dated but they work. Bathroom is updated, has good thick towels and nice supply of soap/shampoo/conditioner/ect. Beds are wonderful. Great linen sheets and thick duvet. One big disappointment with the room is no opening window; no fresh air. This is a big issue for me. Free internet is always a good and it's here. Both wired and WiFi is available in the room. Overall a nice hotel. Not sure I'd want to stay more than a night or two, but for that it's great.

Nice hotel with great amenities, some wear and tear in the rooms, two lights were broken. Staff was responsive in the morning and made notes to fix.

Pros: Close restaurants
Nice hotel with great amenities, some wear and tear in the rooms, two lights were broken. Staff was responsive in the morning and made notes to fix. Gave us breakfast for the inconvenience. I would recommend this hotel.

Clean, quiet, business friendly

I travel a lot internationally. My needs are not particularly demanding. I need a clean safe environment, free from noise. Once in awhile I need room service and prefer not to walk long distances to get into my car on rainy days. One issue with hotel/motel stays, I do not like knowing that the bedspread on my bed is probably very infrequently washed ;who knows what's been on that spread! I have stayed at the Vaughan Hilton and can recommend it highly. Very clean room and fixtures and on the bed is a duvey can't spell, sorry; which is WHITE and is obviously laundered between guests. Free hi-speed internet works without a hitch. Sound insulation in the rooms is good so I can work late into the night without being disturbed, or without disturbing people in the adjacent rooms. Snacks are available on the floors, or downstairs in the lobby and the restaurant is very accommodating. For business travelers like myself, there is a good workout area and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel ;good restaurants not just fast food;. ATM sevice across the street and a Wal Mart within 1 block walk....what else do you need?! 20 minute drive from the Int'l Airport and easy access to main highways. And since I have stayed in this hotel more than once I can tell you that I have learned that I can get my airfare and 4 nights in the hotel less expensively by booking on travel website. I got both airfare and hotel for US$200 cheaper than if I had booked both separately. I plan to make several more trips to a client in the Toronto area and will try to stay at the Hilton in the future.

By Far the Best Hotel I Have Stayed In.

I really think one should disregard the previous person's poor review of the staff being racist because they are of another background. Have you not realized you are in Toronto and it ranges from a multitude of cultural backgrounds? Including the staff who work there. As for my stay, it is an extremely clean and well-maintained place of stay. The hotel staff were friendly and very courteous. Very knowledgeable of driving directions since I could not pull up the Hotel's address on my GPS system and had to call for help. You can do numerous activities from a walking distance and do not need to deal with any major highways. A five minute we alk down a street-looking parking lot leads you to Restaurants, Pubs, Shopping Centers (Ikea, + one across Highway 7) as well as Family Activities such as Putting Edge (indoor glow in the dark Mini Putt). It is also a short drive from Wonderland, Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre as well as many other attractions. I stayed due to Wonderland and a Doctor's appointment in Mississauga and it wasn't a far drive at all. I highly encourage those to stay in this hotel. A very comfortable place to stay!
