This townhouse is situated in the most central area of ‘Old Torquay’, only 1 minute to the supermarket and a gentle stroll to all of the surrounding cafes, shops, and restaurants. The area is perfect for both adventure and relaxation. Nearby, you’ll find opportunities for surfing, kitesurfing, SUPing, and more, as well as beautiful beaches, coastal trails, and iconic surfing spots like Bells Beach just a 10-minute drive away. Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and the beach, with shops, cafes and supermarket within 1 minute of the front door. On-street parking is available, plus a single garage for 1 small car only.

Clean and modern property. Walking distance to the beach and to a small shopping district (plenty of cafes etc, and a couple of supermakets even closer). The garage is a bit tricky to get in and out of, just a funny angle. But otherwise very comfortable and suited us very well.

I stayed in Torquay through Stayz with my wife, our son and his wife. We were visiting from Perth. The booking process was excellent and the house was great. Very clean and modern with great facilities. Everything we needed was there and it’s only a short walk to the shopping strip. Tania provided great service. Totally enjoyable stay.
