Just forty minutes from the historic center of Rome, this magnificent villa stands on the banks of the Tiber and overlooks the splendid valley.
Exclusive, elegant, luxurious, it is the perfect place to give you a dream stay in the name of relaxation, comfort and privacy.
The villa was born on the ruins of an ancient Roman villa from the 1st century AD. attributed to Agrippina and still retains the remains clearly visible in the garden that make it absolutely unique in its kind.
The 16,000 square meter garden is a wonderful place where you can organize delicious barbecues or cook excellent pizzas in a wood-burning oven and where you can relax in the sun in the silence of nature and enjoy the exceptional panorama. Beautiful white and colorful peacocks enliven the park.
The relaxation area with sauna and Turkish bath will pamper you on cooler days and loosen up your muscles after walks in the surrounding area or around the Eternal City.
Spread over 3 floors: 6 double bedrooms (for up to 14 guests) all with private bathrooms, large living spaces, 9 bathrooms in total and the SPA are just some of the elements of comfort offered by the villa.

Fantastic Villa

We loved every minute of our stay. Michela the host could not have been more accommodating, the villa has a breath taking view of the river and valley. All 6 bedrooms are excellent wIth at least queens beds and private bathrooms. The kitchen is redone and is beautiful and big enough to accommodate the 12 of us for meals. Again, can’t say enough about the host. Michela was so accommodating from getting us some transportation to booking a private guide for some wine tasting. Michela was so coominicative and met our every need. The vi;;a is vey private and not a of close options for offsite, meals but again, Michela give us some recommendations that were terrific. I highly recommend to those looking for a quality villa for friends or family to enjoy some great company and beautiful views.

A perfect location for a family vacation

The pictures and description of this house do it injustice, as it is so much comfortable, spacious and luxurious than it appears. Every little detail of this vast villa has been carefully designed, placed and attended for by Michela, the owner. You can easily not leave the house for a week and still find everything you need for a pleasant, quiet and relaxing vacation. The scenery is unbelievable - the grounds are situated on top of a cliff, overlooking the Tevere river and the green nature reserve stretching to the horizon. Michela and the team were highly responsive, attending to our every request- no that there were much of these. We were 12 people, a mix of adults and children, and stayed for 8 days - enjoying every moment of its highly equipped bedrooms, livingrooms(!) and kitchen. The kitchen and huge central dining table are maybe the highlight of the house: fully equipped with every possible tool, utensil and food preparation device you can think of. And then some, all of high quality and cleanliness. Our stay included full amenities and heating, along with a very useful service area with a washer, dryer, iron etc. Oh, and there's also a dry & wet sauna.

Incredibile Villa and super kind host 💕

We’ve stayed on this villa for 7 days with group of 8 people. And it was a really incredible experience, because 1 the villa is amazing 2 the view is amazing 3 the nature is amazing! 😄 Just the perfect location for your holiday. The owner Michela was always available for all our questions and if we need some help she reacted very fast. She is very kind and caring host. On the villa you can find everything you need for comfortable holidays. There are also exotic animals like Peacocks 🩚 We enjoyed our staying on the villa and hope one day we can come back to this incredible place. Highly recommend for your holidays near Rome đŸ™đŸ»đŸ’— Thank you Michela again for your responsiveness !
