Appartamento Anice B is a welcoming apartment situated in a central location, at a short distance from the main tourist attractions of the city. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Anice B you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings. Appartamento Anice B is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the historic center of Trapani, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store a few meters (feet) away, the bus stop at 450 meters (1480 feet) and the closest beach (Mura di Tramontana beach) at 350 meters (approximately 380 yards).
Appartamento Anice B is located on the first floor of a five story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Anice B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, using a valet service. The pick up/drop off point is located at approximately 150 meters (165 yards). The service is available from 7.30 am to 11 pm.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; linens; daily cleaning; towels, changed mid-week; electricity. Available for a fee, if desired:baby bed EUR 10.00/day;full breakfast. Tourist tax, paid locally: EUR 3.50 per person per night. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 200 (it is returned to you at check-out).

The apartments are part of an elegant five-storey building that includes 37 rooms or apartments with a maximum capacity of 95 people.


The building also has a breakfast room, a restaurant and a rooftop bar from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the roofs of Trapani.

Laundry room
A laundry room is on the ground floor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex. Please note that the laundry service is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.  Kitchen
The furnishings of the kitchen are modern and welcoming. It is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include an armchair. The kitchen has two windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace equipped with table and chairs through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
