Immaculately maintained semi-custom home situated on a corner lot in very quiet neighborhood of Rancho Vistoso Community located in Oro Valley, AZ. Enjoy your golf game among the many golf courses located in Oro Valley, Marana, and Tucson. 10 minute drive to The Gallery Golf Club at the Ritz Carlton in Dove Mountain. This vacation home features a huge covered patio for you to enjoy your morning coffee/tea relaxing on the sectional couch and evenings watching the beautiful Arizona Sunsets with the Tortilita mountains in the backdrop. Home is located within a 5 minute walk to Hohokam park which includes lighted tennis and basketball courts, playground, and dog park. Enjoy walking or biking along 6 miles of Vistoso Trails Nature Preserve path. Plan a day hiking to Romero Pools at Catalina State park just 5 miles from the house. Mountain biking trails in Oro Valley include Rail X, 50 year trail and Honeybee Canyon. Hiking also found nearby in Honeybee Canyon and Big wash trailhead just minutes away.

Quiet neighborhood and lovely home

This property suited us perfectly, especially since it is in a quiet neighborhood and is pet friendly. It is adjacent to an arroyo and provided opportunities for bird watching. When we had questions, Suzzette was a very responsive host. It is close to grocery stores, the aquatic center, and great road biking. We made a solid choice and would return.

Wonderful Oro Valley Retreat

Property was in a wonderful neighborhood, short drive to anything we needed and short walk to nearby park. Suzette was wonderful at communicating and providing us with everything we needed. House was well equipped with extra pillows & blankets as well as all the kitchen tools you might need.

A great stay

This is a very nicely furnished home that is well-situated in Oro Valley. It is also very close to a dog park with lots of friendly dogs and humans. And there are very nice paved and natural paths in the area. I would strongly recommend staying here, and will likely do so again in the future. Suzzette, the host, is very friendly and flexible.

Asked guest to remove shoes, ridiculous! AV was not working when we arrived TV performance was complicated. Toilet paper was the cheapest you could buy. Paper thin. Better than staying in a hotel but only because of greater space. Directions to nearest gas station and market would have been helpful.

Can't Imagine Staying Anywhere Else!

Treat yourselves to this extremely comfortable and well-equipped modern home in a super location. It was our home for one month in the Rancho Vistoso part of Oro Valley, a fantastic Tucson suburb. The home checks all the boxes. This place had everything we needed for cooking and for relaxation. Great master and master bath with walk-in closet. Nice private yard (with grill and hot tub). If you are active. it is a great place to be situated as the neighborhood and surrounding area are great for running, biking, and hiking. You are 10 to 20 minutes from anything in Oro Valley and downtown Tucson is a half hour to 40 minutes depending on traffic. Our dog figured out how to walk over to the dog park at Hohokam Park after one visit and would attempt to walk us over there every day. When he wanted a "big party" atmosphere, we drove him to Naranja Park 10 minutes away where a large dog park with terrific views awaits. The open-concept home was super-clean and well maintained. I have a nonshedding dog due to allergies but saw no evidence of any dogs in the place. You won't want to leave. .

Great Holiday get away

This was a great house for a holiday week away. The house has everything you need to relax, chill in the hot tub or cook if you desire. Would rent this house again for a week or even longer stay. Suzzette was a pleasure to work with.
