Very nice, newly remodeled 1 bedroom with a California King bed. Granite Countertops, travertine tile, Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge with ice maker. Fully furnished with dishes and cookware. Gorgeous walk in travertine shower. Your home away from home. Centrally located for easy access to all your vacation activities.

Part of a historical complex of houses. Orange tree right outside you bedroom door. Outdoor seating in a lovely courtyard. Memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room for comfortable extra sleeping area. Fast wifi, cable with HBO and Showtime, and a smart TV so you can watch you Netflix in style. Full private unit with it's own separate entrance, kitchen, bath.

We are a non-smoking and pet free home to help create an allergy free space. So please, do not book if you have a pet. We ask to be notified ahead of time if you have a service animal. Because we try to be allergen free, we will want to cover the sofa.

Megan is an excellent communicator, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The neighborhood is walkable yet convenient to nearby stores, theaters, etc. we’d definitely stay here again. And they have Apple TV so we could watch Ted Lasso!

We spent 12 days at this casita and loved everyday of it! The casita was cozy and quaint! The bed was phenomenal. The bathroom was clean and the amenities were as specified! We were never more than 20 minutes from anything we wanted to do. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Everything we needed was available, shaving cream, q tips, shampoo and conditioner. The hotels don't hold a candle to what you get for the price.

Great casita with excellent property management. Exceptionally clean and well-stocked. Plates, glasses, towels, etc. are new. Clear instructions about what's expected, how to use the television and a/c. The property is in a residential neighbor and there aren't restaurants or shops to walk to, but if you have a car it's no problem because it's centrally located. Megan, the owner, was very responsive to requests. I would certainly stay there again!
