The Verde House is one of the most unique rentals in Tucson due to its Southwest modern decor, luxury experience, and private backyard oasis with hot tub. We’re locally owned and operated and have a deep love for Tucson which is why we have incorporated much of the local flavor into our design.

For the working traveler, we’ve installed a wifi extender so you can work outdoors while soaking up the sun. Like staying fit while on the road? We’ve even added a mini gym with an Echelon bike, free weights, and yoga mat.

We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and use unscented laundry cleaning products. We're also eco friendly and provide personal care and cleaning products from Public Goods for our guests to use. Eco features include recycling, dual-flush toilets, energy-efficient LED lighting, and a whole-house water filter/water softener so you can get great quality water straight from the tap (bring a water bottle you can reuse).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT FEE: There is a 5% payment processing fee that is non-refundable. If you book then cancel, our credit card processor doesn't refund fees.
- MID-STAY CLEANING: For stays of 14+ days, a mid-stay professional cleaning will be included at no additional charge (because no one wants to clean toilets on their vacay!). We can schedule a time when you'll be out adventuring.
- NO FIREPLACE USE: The fireplace has been disabled - do not attempt to use. There are LED candles for ambiance if needed.
- NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.
- OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m
- MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 6 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids. There is a $100 per guest per day fee for over 6 people, so if you need the extra space, you're better off finding a bigger house that fits more people!
- PATIO SLIDER: If a patio slider is open for more than 5 minutes, the HVAC system will automatically turn off to conserve energy. It automagically turns back on when the door has been closed.
- HOT TUB IN THE SUMMER: The hot tub is not available as an amenity from June - August. Why? When outside temps soar over 100*, the sun heats the water to unsafe temps.
- NO COUCH SURFING: For sanitary reasons, we do not allow guests to sleep on the couch. If you need more beds, please find a larger house!
- PARENTS: We do not have any child safety features or baby/kid gear at this property. As each child's needs are different, please inquire ahead of time to ensure this property is a good fit for your needs. If you'd like a more family-friendly property, check out Casa Palma.
- PARKING: The garage is available for guest use with sedans or smaller SUVs. Larger vehicles will not fit in it but can be parked in the driveway.
- PRIMARY GUEST: Must be over the age of 28, verify their identity (much like when staying at a hotel), sign a rental agreement, is responsible for payment, and is physically staying at the property for the duration of the stay.
