Home Sweet Desert Sum

Summary:
This unit has a King size bed, two full sized dressers, an end table and large closet with washer and dryer.

Enjoy the flat screen TV in the sofa recliner in the living room. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, a coffee maker and a small dining area. All towels and linens for bedroom, bath and kitchen are included.

GVR facilities are available for a one-time fee.

This is an age-restricted community. At least one resident must be 55 or older.

The Neighborhood:
Just steps away are the private tenant only pool and Jacuzzi; across the street from GVR West Center tennis courts, fitness and recreation center with its own pool and jacuzzi; and just steps from the Continental Shopping Plaza for groceries, shopping and dining.

Green Valley Recreation facilities are available for a one-time nominal fee. Enjoy access to any one of 13 recreation centers and their pools, most which have fitness centers and provide for a wide variety of social activities. The Baja Sporting Club features 2 coed senior softball leagues from January through March at the newly built fields at Catino Park, off Whitehouse Canyon road on the way to the Madera Canyon, a world renowned birding area.

And realize you are only 38 miles from Mexico, day trips are easy so bring your passport and visit Nogales, Mexico!

Don't forget your golf clubs! Green Valley has 7 golf courses; 5 public and 2 private, in the GV area with additional courses in Tubac, Tucson and Nogales. Hiking and biking is within an easy drive or ride.

Cute little place

Like the grocery store was within walking distance. Green Valley is a very comfortable place. And the ability to add GVR facilities is great. If you are house hunting this place beats a hotel as home.

Wonderful!

The condo was great for my wife and I. It had everything we needed including Wifi and even Hulu. It was well furnished and Justice was very responsive to all our questions and needs. We will stay again when in the area. Highly recommended!

Excellent location across the street from a GVR Recreation Center and less than a five-minute walk to a community pool that did not require a GVR card. The unit was exactly as advertised—exceptionally clean and very well stocked with kitchenware, linens, and appliances. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the internet was fast and reliable. The thoughtful inclusion of first-day amenities (prepackaged coffee, potato chips, peanuts, etc.) was a particularly nice touch. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

The place is cozy, and met our needs well. Kitchen stove and microwave are rather retro, but everything works! Loved finding a handheld shower—a rarity in travels. Nice large TV, and small washer/dryer were also welcome. Justice was great to communicate quickly. We would stay again.

Quiet and Cozy

A welcome respite to my tedious and stressful trip. Convenient to stores & eating. Washer and dryer, along with other extras was a PLUS. Host was quick to answer when needed and friendly. One suggestion - added pathway lighting along walkway from parking - for those of us that might be clumsy ;). I would stay again.

We had a great week and the location was perfect. We enjoyed hosting a pizza dinner with our friends in the spacious courtyard. Justice responded immediately when our disposal quit and had it repaired the next day! We would have rebooked it for 2025 but it was not available.

I enjoyed my stay with the exception of a smell in the condo. The host had a filter system in place, but I could still smell something odd. The condo was very clean other wise. The property needed outside lighting at night.
